氢键调控实现高稳定性、高迁移率和高n-掺杂效率的菲咯啉类电子传输材料(英文)

4,7-二苯基-1,10-菲咯啉(BPhen)是一种常用的电子传输材料,凭借其电子迁移率高、制备工艺简单等优点,在有机电致发光二极管(OLED)中得到广泛的应用.然而,其较低的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)导致器件稳定性差,严重制约其进一步发展和应用.本文通过分子间氢键作用的调控,在菲咯啉衍生物中同时实现了高的热稳定性(Tg=111.9℃)和大的电子迁移率(7.8×10-4 cm2/(Vs)),并且可以活化惰性金属实现非常优异的n型掺杂性能,显著降低OLED器件驱动电压,提高OLED器件效率和改善OLED器件稳定性.
