电子显示器件结构设计创新策略的研究进展(英文)

几十年来,显示设备极大地改变了我们的日常生活,从手表、电视,到笔记本电脑和智能手机。随着人们对高分辨率、长寿命、轻量化显示器件的需求增加,各种显示技术得到了很好的应用。电子显示设备主要有四种:阴极射线管(CRT)、液晶显示器(LCD)、有机发光二极管(OLED)和微型发光二极管。由于不同的工作原理和器件结构,每种显示器件都有其特性。设备的性能可以通过材料选择或设备设计来调整。通过对器件结构的精心调整,不仅提高了效率,而且增强了稳定性。本文简要回顾了显示器件结构设计的创新策略。首先,介绍了显示技术的发展历史,并简要介绍了四种主要的显示技术。其次,在每个部分详细回顾了目前的显示技术。最后,对现状进行了分析,并对未来进行了展望。
