K公司供应商关系管理的研究

随着社会经济的发展,特别是进入21世纪以来,全球经济全球化和生产一体化快速发展,越来越多的企业和组织认识到供应链管理的巨大作用,而随着供应链管理的知识和体系的蓬勃发展,新的供应商关系管理的理论和机制也逐步建立起来了。供应商关系管理,它是一种以"扩展协作互助的伙伴关系、共同开拓和扩大市场份额、实现双赢"为导向的企业资源获取管理的系统工程。越来越多的企业开始改变观念,积极追求这种"共创利益大饼,吃更大块的饼"的策略,一些有远见的采购经理们也开始在实践中积极的尝试和实践这一理论。近年来在一些产业中,如高科技产业,电器制造,汽车制造等行业,已经慢慢地建立了这种伙伴关系,而且这种影响在不断地扩大。但在其他行业中这种改变则还只是刚刚开始,然而,这仍是一股不容忽视的趋势。健康良好的供应商关系使得企业和供应商都能在各自的市场中具备长期的竞争优势,他们在这种更具效率与效益的商业关系中合作的越来越紧密,并且一步步地将竞争者排挤出去。一方面,客户得以将产品以更快速,更有价格竞争力的方式销售出去,另一方面,供应商在获得长期合约的同时,也能提供给客户更具竞争力的价格,更灵活的交付,以及更优秀的产品品质。首先,本...
