有限土体对边坡支挡结构的作用及实例分析

【摘要】:随着城市建设的飞速发展,城市中心区建筑日益密集,可供利用的土地资源越来越紧张,部分建设用地开始由城市中心地区扩展到周边丘陵山坡地带。为合理、充分利用土地资源,通常将坡谷处设置为基坑,周边挖成直立边坡,用桩支护,环形通道设置在基坑与边坡之间。这样在边坡支护桩前形成了有限土体。目前,有限土体对边坡支挡结构的影响研究很少。现行的边坡、基坑支护设计规范也未给出有限土体对边坡支挡结构影响的相关设计依据。工程设计人员仅凭个人经验确定其影响大小,或保守而不考虑其作用,使边坡支挡结构的设计偏于不安全或不经济。本文通过查阅国内外有限土体对基坑或边坡支挡结构作用的相关文献,总结了岩土支挡结构设计相关理论与方法。借助ABAQUS软件,建立有限土体对支挡结构作用的有限元模型,分析了有限土体对岩土支挡结构的影响。土体采用Modified Cam-Clay模型。通过改变有限土体的宽度、高度分析了支挡结构位移、弯矩变化规律,及土体不同内摩擦角时,有限土体对支挡结构位移和弯矩作用的变化规律。通过模拟分析湖南衡阳某基坑、边坡支护工程中桩前有限土体对边坡支护桩的影响,并与该工程监测数据对比,验证了本文数值分析合理性。考虑桩前有限土体对边坡支挡结构的有利影响,可减小支挡结构的嵌固深度,缩短工期,节约投资,具有良好的经济效益及环境效益,可为同类工程设计、施工提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urban construction, the buildings in the urban center are becoming more and more dense, and the available land resources are becoming more and more tight. Some of the construction land has begun to expand from the urban center to the surrounding hilly and hillside areas. In order to make full use of the land resources, the slope valley is usually set up as a foundation pit, the surrounding slope is excavated into a vertical slope, the pile is used to support it, and the annular passage is set between the foundation pit and the slope. In this way, a limited soil mass is formed in front of the slope supporting pile. There is little research on the influence of limited soil on slope retaining structure. The design code of foundation pit support also does not give the relevant design basis for the influence of limited soil on the slope retaining structure. The engineering designer determines the influence on the basis of his personal experience, or conservatively does not consider its effect. The design of slope retaining structure is not safe or economical. This paper summarizes the theory and method of rock and soil retaining structure design by referring to the literature about the effect of limited soil on foundation pit or slope retaining structure at home and abroad, with the help of ABAQUS software. The finite element model of the effect of finite soil on retaining structure is established, and the influence of finite soil on retaining structure is analyzed. The Modified Cam-Clay model is adopted. The displacement of retaining structure is analyzed by changing the width of limited soil and height. The law of bending moment change, and the variation law of finite soil to displacement and moment of retaining structure when the soil is at different internal friction angle. Through simulation analysis, the influence of finite soil on slope supporting pile in a foundation pit in Hengyang, Hunan Province, is analyzed. Comparing with the monitoring data of the project, the rationality of the numerical analysis is verified. Considering the beneficial effect of the limited soil in front of the pile on the slope retaining structure, the embedded depth of the retaining structure can be reduced, the duration of the project can be shortened, and the investment can be saved. It has good economic benefit and environmental benefit. It can provide reference for similar engineering design and construction.
