地质勘探可视化关键技术的研究与应用

【摘要】:近年来,由于人们对油气资源需求的不断增大,钻井勘探领域受到国内外越来越多研究人员的重视。随着研究的不断深入,钻井勘探在地质勘探领域中占据着越来越重要的位置,,相关的钻井勘探理论,如测斜计算、防碰撞算法、中靶分析算法等,也在不断的发展和改进。经过多年的努力,钻井勘探理论研究取得了丰硕的成果。目前,如何将钻井勘探理论成果应用到实际施工现场成为了一个研究热点。 本文首先对钻井过程进行调研,详细介绍了钻井施工过程及钻井勘探理论相关术语,为可视化井眼跟踪地质导向软件的开发提供基本的施工信息。然后对钻井勘探相关理论进行深入研究,主要研究了三个方面,有:测斜计算、防碰撞算法、中靶分析。在测斜计算算法中,通过对钻井井眼轨迹模型进行详细分析和对比,提出了一种新的测斜计算算法—基于非等变圆柱螺线井眼轨迹测斜算法。在防碰撞算法中,利用插值计算算法实现了防碰撞算法中扫描点参数的确定。在中靶分析算法中,设计了七种靶类型,基于水平井和定向井中靶分析的差异,分别利用圆形靶和长方体靶作为定向井中靶分析和水平井中靶分析的靶区。 本文将国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项项目的子项目—可视化井眼跟踪地质导向软件作为本文应用部分,在对钻井测斜计算、钻井防碰撞算法、钻井中靶分析三个方面深入研究分析的同时,关注实际应用,以Qt程序设计语言作为开发工具,实现了可视化井眼跟踪地质导向软件的开发。该软件为地质勘探施工人员提供了巨大帮助和指导。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the increasing demand for oil and gas resources, more and more researchers at home and abroad pay attention to the drilling exploration field. Drilling exploration plays a more and more important role in the field of geological exploration. Relevant drilling exploration theories, such as slant calculation, anti-collision algorithm, mid-target analysis algorithm, etc., are also developing and improving. Great achievements have been made in the research of drilling exploration theory. At present, how to apply drilling exploration theory to actual construction site has become a research hotspot. In this paper, first of all, the drilling process is investigated, and the relevant terms of drilling construction process and drilling exploration theory are introduced in detail. This paper provides basic construction information for the development of visual borehole tracking geological guidance software. Then, the related theory of drilling exploration is studied in depth, mainly in three aspects: diagonal calculation, anti-collision algorithm, Middle target analysis. In the calculation algorithm of slanting, through the detailed analysis and comparison of borehole trajectory model, a new algorithm of slanting calculation is proposed, which is based on non-equivariant cylindrical helical trajectory. In the anti-collision algorithm, The parameters of scanning point in anti-collision algorithm are determined by interpolation algorithm. In the mid-target analysis algorithm, seven target types are designed, based on the difference of target analysis between horizontal well and directional well. The circular target and cuboid target are used as the target areas for target analysis in directional well and horizontal well, respectively. In this paper, the visual borehole tracking and geological guidance software, which is the subproject of the national major scientific instrument and equipment development project, is taken as the application part of this paper, and the drilling deviation calculation, drilling anti-collision algorithm, While deeply studying and analyzing the three aspects of target analysis in drilling, we pay attention to the practical application and use QT programming language as the development tool. The development of visual borehole tracking geological guidance software is realized, which provides great help and guidance for geological exploration construction personnel.
