四川省美姑县居住用地地质环境适宜性研究

【摘要】:居住用地地质环境适宜性评价研究,是对土地的自然属性和社会属性进行分析,判断土地的地质环境是否适宜居住。其影响因素复杂多样,包括与居住用地选址相关的各类地质环境要素的总体。居住用地地质环境宜性评价已成为居民点选址规划、土地利用和发展的基础。美姑县位于四川省凉山州境内,地处青藏高原东南横断山脉与四川盆地西南边缘交汇处,构造活动强烈、地貌类型多变、地质灾害频发,城乡建设需要面对很多环境工程地质问题。美姑县居住用地发展速度均受山区生态承载力、地质地貌适宜性、开发难易程度和道路通达性等因素的限制。美姑县居住用地受崩塌、滑坡、泥石流及不稳定斜坡等地质灾害影响严重,地质环境要素对美姑县人居环境安全尤为重要。本文从美姑县地质环境因素的角度出发,侧重对其居住用地地质环境的因子分析,对美姑县居住用地进行适宜性研究。论文在分析总结国内外研究现状的基础上结合美姑县现状,着重分析了影响美姑县居住用地适宜性的地质环境因素,构建了居住用地地质环境适宜性评价体系。论文选取地质条件、地形地貌和其他因素作为评价指标,共包含10个评价因子,运用层次分析法(AHP)确定各评价因子的权重,然后使用指标指数法计算出适宜性分值,根据综合分值将全县分为居住用地地质环境适宜区、居住用地地质环境较适宜区和居住用地地质环境不适宜区,其中居住用地地质环境适宜区共10个乡镇,居住用地地质环境较适宜区共11个乡镇,居住用地地质环境不适宜区共15个乡镇。在适宜性分区的基础上提出居住用地分区调控模式,对美姑县居住用地地质环境适宜区提出重点发展模式;较适宜区提出限制发展模式;不适宜区提出综合治理模式。最后,针对美姑县居住用地地质环境不适宜区提出地质环境整治方法,主要包括工程治理、避险搬迁和地质环境保护。
[Abstract]:Residential land suitability evaluation of geological environment research is carried on the analysis to the land of the natural and social attributes of geological environment, whether judge land suitable to live in. The influence factors are complex and diverse, including residential land and location related to various geological environmental elements. The overall residential land suitability evaluation of geological environment has become the residents location based planning, land use and development. Meigu county is located in the territory of Sichuan Prefecture of Liangshan Province, located in the southeast of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau and Hengduan Mountains southwest of Sichuan basin edge interchange, strong tectonic activity, landform changeable, geological disasters, urban and rural construction needs to face many problems of environmental engineering geology. Meigu County residential land development speed by the mountain ecological capacity, geological suitability, development difficulty and road access restrictions and other factors. In Meigu County, residential land by the collapse, landslide, mud Stone flow and unstable slope geological disasters seriously affected, geological environment is particularly important for Meigu County safe living environment. This paper from the geological environment factors Meigu County perspective, focusing on its living by factor analysis to the geological environment, studied the suitability of Meigu County residential land. Based on the research status at home and abroad the Analysis on the combination of Meigu county situation, analyzes the impact of Meigu County residential land suitability of geological environment factors, the construction of residential land geological environment suitability evaluation system. This paper selects the geological conditions, topography and other factors as the evaluation index, a total of 10 evaluation factors, AHP (AHP) to determine the weight of each evaluation factor, and then use the index method to calculate the suitability score, according to the comprehensive score of the county is divided into residential land suitability of geological environment area, residential With the geological environment is more appropriate area and the residential area of land is not suitable for the geological environment, the geological environment suitability of residential land area of a total of 10 villages and towns, residential land geological environment suitable area a total of 11 towns, residential land geological environment suitable for a total of 15 villages and towns. Based on Suitability zoning is put forward on the residential land use zoning control mode of Meigu County residential land geological environment suitability area is put forward on development model; suitable area proposed to restrict the development of mode; unsuitable area put forward comprehensive control model. Finally, the proposed method is not suitable for area geological environment for geological environment in Meigu county live, including project management, hedge relocation the geological and environmental protection.
