制备岩石试样的高温预损伤方法及应用

【摘要】:通过高温加热预损伤试验,分析花岗岩密度、纵波波速、单轴抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、弹性模量随温度的变化规律,提出岩石加热损伤效应评价方法,并将高温损伤后的岩样应用到滚石碰撞试验中,以检验该方法的可行性。研究结果表明:随着加热温度升高,花岗岩的抗压强度、抗拉强度、弹性模量、纵波波速逐渐降低,当温度低于400℃时,变化幅度较小;在400~600℃时,试样的强度和弹性模量降低程度加剧;在800℃以上时,试样损伤严重,抗压强度、抗拉强度、弹性模量仅为常温下的10%~35%。因此,采用控制温度加热方法,可获得不同质量和不同物理力学性质的预损伤岩石试样。加热温度越高,滚石碰撞越破碎,高温损伤效应越显著。
[Abstract]:Based on the pre-damage test of high temperature heating, the variation law of granite density, longitudinal wave velocity, uniaxial compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and elastic modulus with temperature is analyzed, and the evaluation method for damage effect of rock heating is put forward.
