彝镇公路地质灾害危险性评价与信息系统研究

【摘要】:云南省彝良至镇雄公路(省道S302彝良至镇雄段,以下简称彝镇公路),是云南省昭通路网的重要组成部分,是滇东北地区发展的经济动脉。但由于复杂地质环境条件,公路沿线地质灾害的频发,常常造成较大的经济损失与人员伤亡,不仅影响着道路沿线村镇经济的发展,而且威胁着彝镇公路沿线人民的生命安全。因此,对彝镇公路沿线地质灾害进行研究,得出其分布的一般规律,进而开展地质灾害危险性评价是预防和管理公路沿线地质灾害,确保彝镇公路安全畅通的必要工作;而彝镇公路地质灾害危险性评价信息系统的设计与建立可以便捷的实现上述对公路沿线地质灾害的管理与评价的需求。本文在分析和总结了国内外大量的地质灾害危险性评价相关研究理论方法,以云南省彝镇公路沿线公路有效影响范围(500~1000m)为研究区,在充分研究区内现状地质灾害(区内发现崩塌15处、滑坡28处、不稳定斜坡93处)及成灾地质规律的基础上,通过对崩塌、滑坡以及不稳定斜坡等数据的整理,在ARCGIS的技术支持下,对研究区地质灾害危险性评价因子进行信息提取,并对各评价因子进行量化分级,结合层次分析法,计算出各个因子的权重,建立彝镇公路地质灾害危险性评价模型。在系统分析(包括用户需求分析、数据分析及可行性分析)的基础上,进行了彝镇公路地质灾害危险性评价信息系统总体设计和详细设计,系统采用C/S模式,以ArcSDE Geodatabase和SQL Server技术设计建立了彝镇公路沿线地质灾害空间数据库;最后选取ArcGIS Engine作为二次开发技术,利用面向对象的可视化编程语言C#在Visual Studio2010开发平台上进行系统的开发,构建集查询检索、统计分析、危险性评价、打印输出以及数据动态维护等功能为一体的基于ArcGIS Engine的彝镇公路地质灾害危险性评价信息系统。该系统的建立,可为彝镇公路沿线地区地质灾害管理部门、路政管理部门等在防灾减灾以及保证道路安全方面提供技术支持,具有较大的应用价值。
[Abstract]:The Yiliang to Zhenxiong Highway in Yunnan Province (the section between Yiliang and Zhenxiong of Provincial Road S302, hereinafter referred to as Yi Town Highway) is an important part of the Zhaotong Road in Yunnan Province and the economic artery of the development of Northeast Yunnan.However, because of the complex geological environment conditions and the frequent occurrence of geological disasters along the highway, it often causes great economic losses and casualties, which not only affects the economic development of the villages and towns along the road, but also threatens the safety of the people's lives along the Yi-town highway.Therefore, it is necessary to study the geological hazards along the Yi-town highway and find out the general law of its distribution, and then to carry out the risk assessment of geological hazards to prevent and manage the geological hazards along the highway, and to ensure the safety and smooth running of the Yi-town highway.The design and establishment of risk assessment information system for highway geological hazards in Yi Town can meet the needs of the management and evaluation of geological hazards along the highway.This paper analyzes and summarizes a large number of relevant research theories and methods of geological hazard risk assessment at home and abroad, taking the effective influence range of highway along Yi town highway in Yunnan Province to be 500 ~ 1000m) as the research area.With the technical support of ARCGIS, the information of risk assessment factors of geological hazards in the study area is extracted, and the weight of each factor is calculated by combining the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) with the quantitative classification of each evaluation factor.The risk assessment model of highway geological hazard in Yi town is established.On the basis of systematic analysis (including user demand analysis, data analysis and feasibility analysis), the overall design and detailed design of highway geological hazard risk assessment information system in Yi Town are carried out. The system adopts C / S model.Based on ArcSDE Geodatabase and SQL Server technology, the spatial database of geological hazards along the Yi-town highway is designed and established. Finally, ArcGIS Engine is selected as the secondary development technology, and the system is developed on the Visual Studio2010 development platform by using the object-oriented visual programming language C #.A risk assessment information system for highway geological hazards in Yi Town based on ArcGIS Engine is constructed, which integrates the functions of query and retrieval, statistical analysis, risk assessment, print output and data dynamic maintenance.The establishment of the system can provide technical support for geological disaster management departments and highway administration departments along the Yi-town highway in disaster prevention and mitigation as well as ensuring road safety. It is of great application value.
