【摘要】:随着知识经济时代的到来,市场经济竞争越来越激烈,真正的人才,特别是高层次的人才逐渐成为一个国家、一个地区和企业竞争及可持续发展的关键要素。中青旅(宁夏)矿业投资有限公司在中国西北地区少数民族聚集地宁夏,人才成为当下尤为稀缺的资源,人才竞争愈发激烈也是一种必然。中青旅(宁夏)矿业投资有限公司在从企业创立初期关注用有品德之人,通过加大人才筛选和培训的方式培养可用之人,但是尚没有形成系统的企业人才开发体系。致使企业出现人才开发断层,长时间人才培养不到位、发生人才流失,人才使用过程中的评估和激励不成熟,从而致使在行业市场变化莫测时期,企业面临生存发展和转型需要人才之际,大量招聘人、培训人但效果不明显,始终是人才紧缺、无人可用的境况,人才开发体系的不健全影响着企业扩大和转型的步伐。文章在对人才开发的理论研究和分析中青旅(宁夏)矿业投资有限公司在人才开发过程中存在的根本问题,重点反洗公司人才开发存在的问题的成因,构建出企业在当下创业发展阶段的人才选用和适合战略发展人才的引进,人才梯队的培养和人才激励评估,制定人才开发实施的保障措施,保障人才开发的环境和体制畅通。从根本上针对不同时期不同阶段人才需求提出相应的解决补充办法,才能使自身企业在当今日新月异的市场经济环境下保持绝对的创新能力和市场适应能力,从而实现企业的事业蓝图,为中青旅人筑梦,真正承担福祉社会更多的人的责任。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the market economy competition is becoming more and more fierce. The real talents, especially the high-level people, have gradually become the key elements of a country, a region and an enterprise competition and sustainable development.China Youth Tours (Ningxia) Mining Investment Co., Ltd., in Ningxia, a minority gathering area in northwest China, has become a particularly scarce resource, and it is inevitable that the competition for talents is becoming more and more intense.In the early stage of the establishment of the enterprise, Zhongjinglu (Ningxia) Mining Investment Co., Ltd. pays close attention to the people with moral character, and trains the available people by the way of increasing the selection and training of talents, but there is no systematic system of talents development in the enterprise.As a result, the enterprise has a talent development fault, long time talent training is not in place, the brain drain occurs, and the evaluation and incentive in the process of talent use is not mature, resulting in the uncertain period in the industry market.When enterprises are faced with the need of talents for survival, development and transformation, a large number of recruiters and trainers have no obvious effect, which is always a lack of talents and no one can use them. The unsound talent development system affects the pace of expansion and transformation of enterprises.This paper analyzes the fundamental problems in the process of talent development in Zhongqinglu (Ningxia) Mining Investment Co., Ltd., and the causes of the problems in the development of talents in the key anti-washing companies, in the theoretical research and analysis of the talent development in Zhongqinglu (Ningxia) Mining Investment Co., Ltd.This paper constructs the selection of talents and the introduction of talents suitable for strategic development, the cultivation of talent echelons and talent incentive evaluation, the establishment of guarantee measures for the implementation of talent development, and the smooth environment and system of talent development.In order to make their enterprises maintain their absolute ability to innovate and adapt to the market under the changing market economy environment, the author puts forward corresponding supplementary solutions to the talent demand at different stages in different periods, so as to make their enterprises maintain their absolute ability to innovate and adapt to the market with each passing day.Thus realize the enterprise's career blueprint, build a dream for the youth travel people, and truly assume the responsibility of more people in the welfare society.
