深埋圆形洞室开挖卸荷围岩变形数值模拟研究

【摘要】:我国社会经济的高速发展,使得资源短缺与环境恶化严重,因此地下空间被广泛地开发利用,其中地下洞室的规模和埋深也在不断增大。然而在深埋岩体开挖过程中,围岩损伤变形及岩爆的发生等严重影响工程的顺利进行,为了解决这些难题,岩体开挖卸荷效应成为研究重点,尤其是钻爆开挖中地应力瞬态卸荷过程对围岩造成的损伤变形问题。本文以圆形洞室为例,针对地下深埋岩体的开挖卸荷效应,基于_>性动力学理论,通过有限差分软件建立圆形洞室开挖地应力瞬态卸荷模型,研究瞬态卸荷过程对围岩产生的动态扰动效应,确定围岩损伤范围。对比分析不同条件产生的影响,以此提出减小围岩损伤、预防岩爆发生的措施。本文进行了如下几个方面的工作:(1)在圆形洞室开挖卸荷力学模型的理论基础上,运用FLAC3D软件,结合应力释放法,编写洞室开挖地应力瞬态卸荷的程序,建立模型,进行模拟分析研究。(2)验证模拟程序的正确性,并且在给定的条件下进行围岩动态效应的分析,主要包括围岩应力、位移与速度随时间的变化情况。同时采用Griffith强度准则,作为围岩损伤变形的破坏准则,以此确定围岩的损伤范围。(3)改变地应力瞬态卸荷过程中的影响条件,对比分析不同条件下围岩的动态效应,通过分析,针对不同影响条件,基于瞬态卸荷,提出减小围岩损伤、预防岩爆发生的措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's social economy, the shortage of resources and the deterioration of environment are becoming more and more serious, so underground space is widely used, and the scale and depth of underground cavern are also increasing.However, the damage and deformation of surrounding rock mass and the occurrence of rock burst seriously affect the smooth progress of the project during the excavation process of deep buried rock mass. In order to solve these problems, the unloading effect of rock mass excavation becomes the focus of research.Especially the damage and deformation of surrounding rock caused by the transient unloading process of in-situ stress during drilling and blasting excavation.In this paper, taking the circular cavern as an example, based on the theory of _ > dynamics and finite difference software, a transient unloading model of in-situ stress of circular cavern excavation is established in view of the excavation unloading effect of underground deep buried rock mass.The dynamic disturbance effect of transient unloading process on surrounding rock is studied and the damage range of surrounding rock is determined.The effects of different conditions are compared and the measures to reduce the damage of surrounding rock and prevent the occurrence of rockburst are put forward.The work of this paper is as follows: (1) on the basis of the theory of unloading mechanics model of circular cavern excavation, using FLAC3D software, combined with stress release method, the program of transient unloading of in-situ stress in excavation of cavern is compiled, and the model is established.The simulation analysis is carried out to verify the correctness of the simulation program, and the dynamic effect of surrounding rock is analyzed under given conditions, including the variation of surrounding rock stress, displacement and velocity with time.At the same time, the Griffith strength criterion is adopted as the failure criterion of surrounding rock damage and deformation, so as to determine the damage range of surrounding rock, to change the influence conditions in the transient unloading process of ground stress, to compare and analyze the dynamic effect of surrounding rock under different conditions, and to analyze the dynamic effect of surrounding rock under different conditions.According to the different influence conditions, based on the transient unloading, the measures to reduce the damage of surrounding rock and prevent the occurrence of rockburst are put forward.
