基于小型化地层测试器的地面测试仪

【摘要】:研制了一种基于小型化地面测试器的地面测试仪,该设备是小型化地层测试器的配套产品,其技术性能和指标的设计是依据小型化地层测试器的测试功能要求。该设备是一种模拟测井地面系统,可作为小型化地层测试器中的电子单元、液压动力、单探测器功能检测装置,用于仪器的重复性、稳定性和可靠性检测,以及故障排查,仪器组装、调试等环节。针对小型化地层测试器研发过程遇到的实际问题,并充分考虑石油工业的技术需求,借鉴了国内外已有的技术和经验,在提出总体方案的同时,从硬件电路和软件设计两方面展开研究,开发了测试仪的系统平台。研制了通信调制解调处理电路,在调制解调的基础上完成了FPGA芯片的程序设计,实现了DTB三总线测井通信。在软件方面,开发了基于小型化地层测试器的性能检测专用软件,包括各模块的信号采集、液压控制、数据显示等功能模块。最后,研究了应变压力计、石英晶体压力计和泵压传感器的标定及校正算法并通过系统联调,优化了系统结构,提升了仪器性能。为小型化地层测试器性能的提高提供了技术支撑和检测手段。并按照实际的工程使用与设备的稳定性要求,完成了产品的定型。实际使用情况表明,所研制的系统性能良好,满足各方项技术指标和使用要求,对小型化地层测试器的工程使用提供良好的技术保障,有很好的应用前景。
[Abstract]:A kind of ground tester based on miniaturized ground tester is developed. The equipment is a complete product of miniaturized formation tester. Its technical performance and index are designed according to the test function requirements of miniaturized formation tester. The equipment is an analog logging surface system, can be used as the electronic unit, hydraulic power, single detector function detection device in the miniaturized formation tester, for the repeatability, stability and reliability detection of the instrument, as well as trouble shooting. Equipment assembly, debugging and other links. In view of the practical problems encountered in the research and development process of miniaturized formation tester, and taking full account of the technical requirements of the petroleum industry, and drawing on the existing technology and experience both at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the overall plan at the same time. The system platform of the tester is developed from two aspects of hardware circuit and software design. The processing circuit of communication modulation and demodulation is developed. On the basis of modulation and demodulation, the program design of FPGA chip is completed, and the DTB three-bus logging communication is realized. In terms of software, a special software for performance testing based on miniaturized formation tester is developed, including signal acquisition, hydraulic control, data display and other functional modules of each module. Finally, the calibration and correction algorithms of strain pressure gauge, quartz crystal pressure gauge and pump pressure sensor are studied. The system structure is optimized and the performance of the instrument is improved. It provides technical support and testing means for improving the performance of miniaturized formation tester. And according to the actual engineering use and equipment stability requirements, completed the product finalization. The practical application shows that the developed system has good performance, meets the technical specifications and requirements of various items, and provides a good technical guarantee for the engineering use of the miniaturized formation tester, and has a good application prospect.
