【摘要】：黄金是全球性战略资源,在保障国家经济、金融安全方面意义重大。2013年,伴着美国经济稳步改善,美联储减少100亿QE规模,全球黄金价格较大幅度下跌,终结了连续12年黄金价格上涨行情。2013年全年度黄金最高价位和最低价位相比,跌幅超过了40%。在当前黄金行业不景气的大背景下,如何制定企业发展战略,保持、提升竞争能力和获利能力,使得太金公司在危机中获得稳定发展,就显得势在必行。论文从战略管理理论的综合分析入手,从太金公司发展战略的现状及其存在问题分析出发,以PEST工具分析了外部宏观环境,进而从组织、资源、技术、人员素质等方面综合分析了太金公司内部环境,接着以SWOT为基本分析框架,深入分析公司面临的内外部形势。在以上内外部环境综合分析的基础上,论文从战略思路、战略目标规划、战略方向选择、战略重点项目等几个方面,提出了太金公司具备较强可操作性的战略实施方案。总体而言,论文认为太金公司应该实施进取型战略,从操作层面说,则可以实施地质探矿先行、低成本运营、以金为主的多元化、人才战略以及科技创新战略等五大方向。同时,论文提出的“金矿资源大会战、优化五率、提升采矿选矿科技创新、管理提升、废渣综合利用、新建尾矿库、尾矿长石综合回收”等七大战略重点项目则为公司战略的具体实施和运营提供了扎实的支撑,具有较强的实际可操作性。作为战略实施的后盾,论文从解放思想、突破资源限制、加强运营能力、加强科技创新、严格成本管控、强化人力资源开发以及信息化建设等七个方面提出了战略保障措施。最后,给出了研究结论。通过研究,论文认为,太金公司应固守其根本的生产、成本优势,同时要紧紧抓住发展机会,采取进取型发展战略,才能够在竞争愈加激烈的黄金行业持续保持竞争势头。期望本文为太金公司以及从事黄金矿业开发运营类公司的发展战略提供借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Gold is a global strategic resource that is of great significance in ensuring national economic and financial security. In 2013, with the US economy steadily improving, the Federal Reserve reduced the size of the US Federal Reserve by 10 billion QE, and global gold prices fell considerably. It ended a 12-year run of rising gold prices. Gold fell more than 40 cents in 2013 compared with its lowest and highest levels for the year. Under the background of the current recession of the gold industry, it is imperative to formulate the enterprise development strategy, maintain and enhance the competitiveness and profitability, so that Taijin company can get a stable development in the crisis. Starting from the comprehensive analysis of the strategic management theory, starting with the analysis of the present situation and the existing problems of Taijin Company's development strategy, the paper analyzes the external macro environment with PEST tools, and then analyzes the organization, resources, technology, and so on. The internal environment of Taijin Company is comprehensively analyzed in terms of personnel quality, and then the internal and external situation of Taijin Company is analyzed with SWOT as the basic analysis framework. On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment above, the paper puts forward a strategic implementation plan with strong maneuverability from the aspects of strategic thinking, strategic goal planning, strategic direction selection, strategic key projects, and so on. In general, the paper thinks that Taijin company should carry out enterprising strategy, and from the operational level, it can carry out five major directions, such as geological prospecting first, low cost operation, diversification of gold, talent strategy and science and technology innovation strategy. At the same time, the paper puts forward "the great battle of gold resources, the optimization of five rates, the promotion of technological innovation in mining dressing, the promotion of management, the comprehensive utilization of waste slag, the establishment of a new tailings reservoir," The seven strategic key projects, such as comprehensive recovery of tailings feldspar, provide solid support for the implementation and operation of the company's strategy, and have strong practical maneuverability. As the backing of the strategy implementation, the paper puts forward the strategic guarantee measures from seven aspects, such as emancipating the mind, breaking through the resource limitation, strengthening the operation ability, strengthening the scientific and technological innovation, strictly controlling the cost, strengthening the development of human resources and information construction, etc. Finally, the conclusion is given. Through research, the paper thinks that Taijin company should stick to its basic production and cost advantage, at the same time, it should grasp the development opportunity and adopt the aggressive development strategy, so as to maintain the competitive momentum in the increasingly competitive gold industry. It is expected that this paper will provide reference for Taijin Company and the companies engaged in the development and operation of gold mining industry.
