中国南方山区四种髭蟾种群历史动态研究

【摘要】：物种的种群历史是进化生物学研究的主要内容,对了解生物多样性的起源和进化具有重要的意义。已有研究表明,古地质事件和气候波动对分布于北美、欧洲和中国青藏高原及其周边物种的种群历史有着深远的影响,而对分布于中国南方物种的种群历史的影响存在较大争议。本文选择分布于中国南方的四种髭蟾,即崇安髭蟾(Vibrissaphora liui)、峨眉髭蟾(V. boringii)、哀牢髭蟾(V. ailaonica)和雷山髭蟾(V. leishanensis)为研究对象,利用线粒体DNA (Cytb和ND4)和微卫星(11个位点)作为分子标记,比较研究了它们的种群历史并推断其形成原因,研究结果表明：1)除狭域分布的雷山髭蟾外,崇安髭蟾、峨眉髭蟾和哀牢髭蟾三个物种内部均发生了显著的遗传分化,崇安髭蟾分化为两个支系,峨眉髭蟾分化为三个支系,哀牢髭蟾分化为四个支系；2)分布于西南山区的峨眉髭蟾四川种群、哀牢髭蟾和雷山髭蟾在近期发生过快速的种群扩张,而分布于东南山区的崇安髭蟾和峨眉髭蟾湖南、广西种群在近期保持稳定；3)崇安髭蟾、峨眉髭蟾和哀牢髭蟾三个物种内部支系间的分化时间大约在2-6 Ma,与上新世的气候波动时间相吻合；4)峨眉髭蟾四川种群、雷山髭蟾、哀牢髭蟾中部和西部种群近期发生快速扩张的时间分别在0.057-0.025 Ma、0.542-0.236Ma、0.364-0.158 Ma和0.168-0.073 Ma,该时间范围与更新世的气候波动时间点相吻合。根据上述研究结果,我们推测上新世和更新世的气候波动在四种髭蟾的种群历史的形成过程中起着重要的作用。
[Abstract]:The population history of species is the main content of evolutionary biology research . It is of great significance to understand the origin and evolution of biological diversity . The research shows that ancient geological events and climate fluctuations have profound influence on the population history of species in North America , Europe and China .
2 ) There have been rapid population expansion in the population of Bufo sichuensis , Bufo siccus , Bufo sichuensis in the southwest mountain area , and the population in the south - east mountain area , and the population of Guangxi is stable in the near term ;
3 ) The differentiation time between the internal branches of the three species of the toad , the toad of the Emei , the toad of the Emei , and the three species of the toad is about 2 - 6 Ma , which is in agreement with the climatic fluctuation time of the new world ;
4 ) The time of rapid expansion of the species in the middle and western populations of the population of Bufo sichuanensis in Emei is 0.057 - 0.025 Ma , 0.542 - 0.236Ma , 0.364 - 0.158 Ma and 0.168 - 0.073 Ma , respectively .
