新疆阜康矿区煤储层吸附气与游离气含量模拟

【摘要】:基于新疆阜康矿区低煤化烟煤储层渗透性好,游离气含量高,与国外低煤级盆地条件类似的特殊性,具备经济、高效开采的可能性,本文围绕煤储层吸附气、游离气含气量预测这一关键科学问题,对新疆阜康矿区典型井田低煤化烟煤储层开展了相应研究。结果表明阜康低煤化烟煤在低压区间(0-5MPa)对CH4吸附量随压力增大趋于线性增加;在中压区间(5-17MPa)吸附量随压力增大趋于平缓增加;在高压区间(17-28MPa)吸附量几乎不再增加,处于平衡状态。煤岩体覆压条件下的孔、渗力学实验结果表明研究区煤样孔隙体积、孔隙度均随上覆压力的升高而减小,服从负指数函数关系;过渡孔和微孔平均占总孔容比例的70%左右,占总比表面积的98%以上,大孔平均占总孔容比例的20%左右,实测孔隙度介于4.27%-6.82%之间,孔隙连通性相对较好;煤岩静态弹性模量随轴向应力的增加而逐渐增大,泊松比随围压的增加而逐渐减小。研究了煤储层的水化学及测井数据,提出了不同煤储层含气饱和度的计算方法;运用数值模拟方法构建了储层条件下吸附气、游离气含量预测模型;以阜康矿区气煤一号井和大黄山煤矿为例,预测了煤层埋深2000m以浅的吸附气、游离气含量,结果表明空气干燥基条件下吸附气含量介于7.04-14.27m3/t之间,游离气含量介于0.04-0.66m3/t之间,总含气量介于7.18-14.49 m3/t之间;与现场解吸实测含气量吻合程度较高。
[Abstract]:Based on the good permeability and high free gas content of low coal bituminous coal reservoir in Fukang mining area, Xinjiang, which is similar to the conditions of low coal grade basins in foreign countries, and has the possibility of economic and efficient exploitation, this paper focuses on the adsorption of gas in coal reservoirs. The key scientific problem of prediction of free gas content is to study the low coal bituminous coal reservoir in typical coal mine of Fukang mining area in Xinjiang. The results show that the adsorption capacity of CH4 for Fukang low coal bituminous coal tends to increase linearly with the increase of pressure in the low pressure range (0 ~ 5MPa), the adsorption capacity increases slightly with the increase of pressure in the middle pressure region, and the adsorption capacity of CH4 is almost no longer increased in the high pressure region. In equilibrium. The experimental results of pore and permeability mechanics show that the pore volume and porosity of coal samples decrease with the increase of overburden pressure, and follow the negative exponential function, and the average proportion of transition pore and micropore is about 70% of the total pore volume. Over 98% of the total surface area and 20% of the total pore volume account for macropores, the measured porosity is between 4.27% and 6.82%, the porosity connectivity is relatively good, and the static elastic modulus of coal and rock increases gradually with the increase of axial stress. Poisson's ratio decreases with the increase of confining pressure. The hydrochemistry and logging data of coal reservoir are studied, the calculation method of gas saturation in different coal reservoir is put forward, the prediction model of adsorption gas and free gas content under reservoir condition is constructed by numerical simulation method. Taking the No. 1 gas coal mine and Dahuangshan coal mine in Fukang mining area as examples, the adsorption gas and free gas content in 2000m deep coal seam are predicted. The results show that the adsorption gas content is between 7.04-14.27m3/t and free gas content is between 0.04-0.66m3/t under the condition of air drying. The total gas content is between 7.18-14.49 m3 / t, which is in good agreement with the field desorption.
