无线内窥式视频搜救器的设计与实现

【摘要】:对于地质灾害等自然灾害的频发,当今科技还不足以准确地预测地震等自然灾害的发生,但是在挽救受灾群众,最大限度地减少生命财产安全的救援中,使用有效、高质量的救援装备,无疑可以使损失降到最低。从地震等地质灾害救援的需要出发,为及时获取被困人员在废墟中的位置、周围环境以及被困人员的身体状况等视频信息,本文设计了无线内窥式视频搜救器。它由一个可伸缩长杆和一个控制盒组成。长杆的一端装有云台,用来控制摄像头的视角,控制盒上有LCD液晶屏可以显示探头采集的信息。控制盒上装配有WiFi无线网卡,在救援现场复杂环境不利于布线的情况下,可以将采集到的救援现场的信息及时传输到指挥部的监控PC上。控制盒中电路板以ARM11 (S3C6410)为核心,其包括主控处理模块、电机控制模块、视频采集模块、无线传输模块等。视频搜救器上运行Linux操作系统,使用的QT软件编程,摄像头安装在电机上可以较大角度地实现探测被困人员的位置和周围环境,并且在液晶屏上可以显示图像信息。视频搜救器与指挥部之间通过RTP实时传输协议通信,指挥部的监控PC运行Windows操作系统,使用的MFC编程框架,调用了LIBVLC开源库开发的网络视频流播放器接收从内窥式视频搜救器传输过来的流媒体数据并显示,还可以将传输过来的流媒体数据即时保存成本地文件,便于救援方案的制定。
[Abstract]:For the frequent occurrence of natural disasters such as geological disasters, today's science and technology are not enough to accurately predict the occurrence of natural disasters such as earthquakes, but they are effective in rescuing the affected people and minimizing the safety of life and property. High-quality rescue equipment can undoubtedly minimize losses. According to the need of earthquake and other geological disaster rescue, in order to obtain the video information of trapped persons in the ruins, the surrounding environment and the body condition of the trapped persons in time, this paper designs a wireless endoscope video search and rescue device. It consists of a telescopic rod and a control box. The long pole is equipped with a cloud head at one end to control the viewing angle of the camera, and the LCD LCD screen on the control box can display the information collected by the probe. The control box is equipped with a WiFi wireless network card. When the complex environment of rescue site is not conducive to wiring, the information collected from the rescue site can be transmitted to the monitoring PC of the headquarters in time. The core of the control box is ARM11 S3C6410, which includes main control processing module, motor control module, video acquisition module, wireless transmission module and so on. The Linux operating system is run on the video search and rescue device, the QT software is used to program, the camera installed on the motor can detect the position and the surrounding environment of the trapped person at a large angle, and the image information can be displayed on the LCD screen. The video searcher communicates with the headquarters through the RTP real-time transmission protocol. The command monitor PC runs the Windows operating system and uses the MFC programming framework. The network video player developed by LIBVLC open source library is used to receive and display streaming media data transmitted from the endoscope video search and rescue device. The streaming media data can also be stored in real time to save the cost files in order to facilitate the formulation of rescue scheme.
