青东矿I3采区煤岩柱合理留设参数研究

【摘要】:通过系统分析了青东煤矿13采区地质及水文地质特征。结合地质与水文地质补勘,查明采区内各主采煤层(7、82和10煤层)上覆各含、隔水层的的厚度分布规律、岩性及结构组成、富水性等,分析得出“三隔”厚度较大,分布稳定,具有良好的隔水性能,“四含”厚度较小且富水性弱;结合三维地震资料和原钻探资料,查明基岩标高起伏变化情况,确定基岩面的最低点、基岩风化带岩性、工程岩组特性及厚度分布规律等;利用采区已有勘探钻孔资料,结合补勘岩土样的物理、力学与水理特性测试结果,从而确定留设的煤柱为防砂煤柱;选定典型开采工作面开展数值模拟研究,分析采区内煤层浅部开采过程中上覆岩层活动规律,科学判定“两带”高度;采用现场探测、模拟计算等多种方法综合研究给出不同水文工程地质条件下的两带高度计算值;为浅部煤层机械化综采和合理确定防水(砂)煤柱高度尺寸提供依据;对采区主采煤层提高上限开采技术可行性研究。从而提出合理留设安全煤岩柱。通过本文的研究,探明和正确评价采区的水文地质条件,对于合理留设安全煤岩柱,充分开发和利用煤炭资源具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Through the systematic analysis of the geological and hydrogeological features of the 13 mining area in the Qinghai East coal mine, combined with geological and hydrogeological exploration, the distribution of the thickness distribution of each main coal seam (7,82 and 10 coal seam) in the mining area, the distribution of the thickness of the aquifers, the lithology and structure, the water rich, and so on, have been found out that the thickness of the "three septum" is large, and the distribution is stable and has good quality. In water insulation, the thickness of the "four" is small and the water rich is weak; in combination with three dimensional seismic data and original drilling data, the elevation fluctuation of bedrock, the lowest point of the bedrock, the lithology of the bedrock weathering zone, the characteristics of the engineering rock group and the distribution of the thickness of the engineering rock group are determined. The results of the mechanical and hydraulic characteristics test determine the retained coal pillar as the sand prevention pillar, and select the typical mining face to carry out numerical simulation research, analyze the overlying strata Activity Regularity in the shallow coal mining process in the mining area, judge the height of the "two belts" scientifically, and give a comprehensive study of various methods, such as site detection, simulation calculation and so on. The two belt height calculation values under the hydrogeological and geological conditions provide the basis for the mechanized mechanized mechanized coal mining in shallow coal seam and the reasonable determination of the height size of the waterproof (sand) coal pillar, and the feasibility study on the upper limit mining technology for the main mining coal seam in the mining area. Hydrogeological conditions are of great significance for the rational establishment of safe coal pillars and the full exploitation and utilization of coal resources.
