基于聚类分析的我国铁矿资源勘查开发基地划分研究

【摘要】:铁矿是我国钢铁行业发展的重要物质保障,在我国矿业中占有重要的地位。虽然我国铁矿资源相对丰富,分布广泛,铁矿资源勘查开发布局不断优化,但长期以来,铁矿资源的供需矛盾一直很突出,资源安全形势不容乐观。第三轮全国矿产资源规划编制中提出了“矿产资源勘查开发基地”的概念,并将其定位为保障我国铁矿资源安全的战略核心区域,但并没有明确具体划分标准和技术方法。基于此,本文将铁矿资源勘查开发基地划分作为研究问题,在产业集聚理论、区域分工理论指导下,通过对影响铁矿资源开发基地划定的因素进行分析,构建了铁矿资源开发基地划定指标体系,选择SOFM自组织特征映射网络聚类方法,应用MATLAB7.0.1和ARCGIS9.3软件平台,对聚类分析结果进行修正后,提出了我国铁矿资源勘查开发基地划分方案,并对所有基地进行了评价分析和分类。研究结果表明:我国大致可划分出十一个铁矿资源勘查开发基地,分别为冀东北基地、吉辽基地、攀滇基地、晋中北基地、晋冀豫基地、蒙中基地、豫西基地、鄂豫皖基地、陇新基地、陕鄂基地和鲁东南基地;十一个基地查明资源储量、设计开采规模和大中型矿山数量分别占到了全国的89.7%、78.6%和74.4%,涵盖了全国大部分的矿产资源及其开发利用活动,能够在空间上形成保障我国铁矿资源安全的核心区域,其中冀东北基地、吉辽基地、攀滇基地和豫鄂皖基地是我国铁矿资源赋存和开发利用活动最为集中分布的地区;依据6项指标的分级判别,将11个铁矿资源勘查开发基地划分为主力勘查开发基地、战略后备基地和协调发展基地,并对各基地开发利用方向提出了建议,以期为我国铁矿资源优化布局、规模开发以及其他矿种资源勘查开发基地划分及管理决策提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Iron ore is an important material guarantee for the development of China's iron and steel industry, and plays an important role in China's mining industry. Although China's iron ore resources are relatively rich and widely distributed, the distribution of iron ore resources exploration and development is constantly optimized, but for a long time, the contradiction between supply and demand of iron ore resources has been prominent, and the situation of resource security is not optimistic. In the third round of national mineral resources planning, the concept of "mineral resources exploration and development base" is put forward, and it is positioned as the strategic core area to ensure the safety of China's iron ore resources, but there is no specific division standard and technical method. Based on this, this paper takes the division of exploration and development base of iron ore resources as a research problem. Under the guidance of industrial agglomeration theory and regional division of labor theory, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the delineation of iron ore resources development base. In this paper, an index system for delineation of iron ore resource development base is constructed, and the clustering method of SOFM self-organizing feature mapping network is selected. The results of clustering analysis are corrected by using MATLAB 7.0.1 and ARCGIS 9.3 software platform. This paper puts forward the plan of dividing the exploration and development bases of iron ore resources in China, and evaluates, analyzes and classifies all the bases. The results show that eleven iron ore exploration and development bases can be roughly divided into northeast Hebei base, Jiliao base, Pandian base, northern Shanxi base, Shanxi and Hebei base, central Mongolian base, western Henan base, Hubei, Henan and Anhui base. Longxin Base, Shaanxi-Hubei Base and Southeast Shandong Base; 11 bases have identified the reserves of resources, designed the scale of exploitation and the number of large and medium-sized mines accounted for 89.78.6% and 74.4% of the national total, respectively, covering most of the mineral resources and their development and utilization activities throughout the country. It can form the core area in space to ensure the safety of iron ore resources in our country. The northeast Hebei base, the Jiliao base, the Pandian base and the Henan, Hubei and Anhui bases are the most concentrated areas of iron ore resources occurrence and exploitation and utilization in China. According to the classification of 6 indexes, 11 iron ore exploration and development bases are divided into main exploration and development bases, strategic reserve bases and coordinated development bases, and some suggestions are put forward for the development and utilization of each base. In order to provide reference for optimizing the distribution of iron ore resources, scale development and other mineral resources exploration and development base division and management decision.
