照相存储式井下视频成像测井仪研制

【摘要】:石油天然气被誉为“工业的血液”,是一个国家必备的战略资源,是当代最主要的能源和最必需的化工原料。随着油气田开发年限的增长,目前我国大部分油气田存在许多问题:套管腐蚀、管道结垢、落物堵塞等等,严重影响石油天然气的开采。可见光视频成像测井技术能够得到井下直观清晰的照片,在套管防腐除垢、落物打捞等修井作业方面有很强的使用价值,对石油天然气的开采具有重要意义。本文通过调研,并根据修井作业的特殊环境要求,设计相关技术指标,研制基于CAN总线数字传输的存储式井下视频成像测井仪。该测井仪克服了以往基于模拟传输体制受外界因素干扰大的不足,且能在井下将拍摄的图像信息存储起来,保证图像信息不丢失,提高修井的效率,节约修井成本。本文首先概述存储式视频成像测井系统的总体方案,介绍了系统整体工作原理,分析了关键技术以及解决方案。根据测井仪功能要求简述硬件电路的组成,从供电电路、C8051F040主控最小系统、FLASH存储、CMOS摄像头串口通信、CAN总线接口等几个方面进行电路设计并详细说明。然后进行测井仪系统软件的设计,由上位机和下位机两部分组成。上位机利用Visual Studio 2010编写,为人机交互界面,主要包括串口设置、摄像头参数配置、命令控制、图像显示等,能够根据实际需要进行图像参数的设置,并能查看采集到的井下图像信息。下位机利用Keil开发环境编写程序,主要包括UART串口通信、FLASH存储操作、CAN接口传输通信,实现图像的采集、存储及传输。最后进行了系统测试验证,实验得到的图像直观清晰,可用于套管防腐、落物打捞、套管除垢、检查井下作业效果等方面。能大幅度减少油气井的修复费用,缩短修井作业时间。
[Abstract]:Petroleum and natural gas is known as "the blood of industry", is a country's necessary strategic resources, is the most important energy and the most necessary chemical raw materials. With the development of oil and gas fields, there are many problems in most oil and gas fields in China, such as casing corrosion, pipe fouling, falling matter blockage and so on, which seriously affect the exploitation of oil and gas. The visible-light video imaging logging technology can get the downhole intuitionistic and clear pictures, and has strong use value in casing anticorrosion and scale removal, falling object salvage and other workover operations, which is of great significance to the exploitation of oil and natural gas. Through investigation and research, and according to the special environment requirements of workover operation, the related technical indexes are designed, and a storage video imaging logging tool based on can bus digital transmission is developed. The logging tool overcomes the shortcoming that the analog transmission system is disturbed by external factors in the past, and can store the image information taken downhole to ensure that the image information is not lost, improve the efficiency of workover, and save the workover cost. This paper first summarizes the general scheme of the storage video imaging logging system, introduces the whole working principle of the system, and analyzes the key technologies and solutions. According to the function requirement of logging tool, the composition of hardware circuit is briefly described, and the circuit design and detailed description are given from several aspects of the main control minimum control system of C8051F040, flash storage device, CMOS camera serial port communication and can bus interface. Then the software of logging tool system is designed, which consists of upper computer and lower computer. The host computer is written by Visual Studio 2010, which is designed for man-machine interface, including serial port setting, camera parameter configuration, command control, image display and so on, which can set the image parameters according to the actual needs. And can view the acquisition of underground image information. The lower computer uses Keil development environment to write programs, mainly including UART serial port communication flash storage operation and can interface to transmit communication, realize image acquisition, storage and transmission. Finally, the system test is carried out, and the image obtained from the experiment is intuitionistic and clear. It can be used in casing anticorrosion, salvage of falling matter, removal of scale by casing, checking the effect of downhole operation and so on. It can greatly reduce the repair cost of oil and gas wells and shorten the workover operation time.
