银灰色马氏贝海水珍珠的光谱学特征与颜色成因

【摘要】:结合红外光谱(FTIR)、拉曼光谱、紫外-可见光谱(UV-VIS)和激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱(LA-ICP-MS)技术对市面上一种产自马氏贝的银灰色海水养殖珍珠进行了测试,并与白色马氏贝珍珠进行对比以研究其致色机理。红外测试结果表明,2种样品的珍珠质层中由[CO_3]~(2-)面外弯曲振动引起的吸收峰均存在明显蓝移现象明显;拉曼光谱显示银灰色样品中无类胡萝卜素或其它多烯化合物色素中由C=C和C-C伸缩振动引起的特征吸收峰;UV-VIS图谱显示银灰色珍珠在可见光区域存在475~555 nm的吸收谷,未见金属卟啉类色素吸收峰;LA-ICP-MS测试结果表明银灰色珍珠样品中Mg、Mn元素含量相对较高而Pb元素含量较低,结合光谱学测试结果,认为微量金属元素通过与蛋白质络合改变珍珠层微观结构是银灰色形成的主要原因。
[Abstract]:Combined with infrared (FTIR), Raman spectroscopy, UV-Vis spectroscopy (UV-VIS) and laser denudation inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS), a silver-gray mariculture pearl produced from Marsh shellfish was tested. And compared with the white martensii pearl to study its color mechanism. The infrared results show that the absorption peaks caused by [CO_3] ~ (2-) out-of-plane bending vibration in the pearls of two kinds of samples have obvious blue shift phenomenon. Raman spectra showed that the absorption peaks caused by C-C and C-C stretching vibration in silver gray samples without carotenoids or other polyenes showed that there was a absorption valley of 475 ~ 555 nm in the visible region of silver gray pearls. No absorption peak of metalloporphyrin pigments was found by LA-ICP-MS. The results showed that the content of MgO mn was relatively high and the content of Pb was relatively low in the silver grey pearl samples. It is considered that the microstructure of pearl layer is the main reason for the formation of silver gray by the complexation of trace metal elements with protein.
