辽宁省八里砖厂破损山体地质灾害治理研究

【摘要】:随着经济快速的发展,矿山开采的规模和力度不断加大,由矿山地质环境问题引发的不同程度的地质灾害问题对人民生命及财产造成了极大的危害,是当前生态环境中最为严重的问题之一。因此,为促进我国生态生态文明建设长足发展,对于矿山地质环境的治理迫在眉睫。辽宁省矿产资源丰富,多年来“只开发、不治理”的错误发展,以及一些废弃老旧矿山、不规范的矿山乃至一些黑矿山的肆意无序无度的开发开采,致使我省大部分矿区存在地质灾害问题,严重制约着地区的经济建设可持续发展,资源与环境二者矛盾日渐突出。目前全省闭矿、废弃矿场数目巨大,所带来的地质灾害以及生态问题日渐严重。为了彻底贯彻科学发展观,实现辽宁全面振兴,提高资源环境,建设绿色可持续发展的辽宁,省委、省政府于2009年提出了“青山工程”这一民生民心工程。通过“青山工程”2013年辽宁省海城市八里镇八里砖厂破损山体治理的研究,结合本次治理区域内的环境因素和地形地貌特点,历经地质勘察—工程设计—工程施工,整个工程设计施工过程。该治理工程治理措施内容为削破工程、场地平整工程、挡土墙工程、排水沟工程、客土工程以及植被恢复工程等,将破损区治理恢复为粮食经济作物种植区。总结施工组织设计的施工重点和存在的技术难点,并对项目设计、施工做出意见,为地质灾害治理研究提供帮助,为治理次类型地质灾害工作提供借鉴或参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the scale and intensity of mining is increasing, and the geological disasters caused by geological environmental problems of mines have caused great harm to people's lives and property. It is one of the most serious problems in the current ecological environment. Therefore, in order to promote the rapid development of ecological civilization in China, it is urgent to harness the geological environment of mines. Liaoning Province is rich in mineral resources. Over the years, it has "only developed, not managed," the wrong development, as well as the wanton, disorderly and indiscriminate exploitation of some old and abandoned mines, non-standard mines and even some black mines. As a result, geological disasters exist in most mining areas of our province, which seriously restrict the sustainable development of regional economic construction, and the contradiction between resources and environment is becoming more and more prominent. At present, the number of closed and abandoned mines in the province is huge, resulting in serious geological disasters and ecological problems. In order to carry out the concept of scientific development thoroughly, realize Liaoning's all-round revitalization, improve the resources and environment, and build a green and sustainable development of Liaoning, the provincial party committee and the provincial government put forward the "Castle Peak Project", a project of people's support for the people's livelihood, in 2009. Through the "Castle Peak Project" in 2013, the study on the treatment of the damaged mountain body in Bali Brick Factory, Bali Town, Haicheng City, Liaoning Province, combined with the environmental factors and landform features in this governance area, has gone through geological prospecting, engineering design and engineering construction. The whole engineering design and construction process. The treatment measures of the treatment project include cutting project, site leveling project, retaining wall project, drainage ditch project, soil engineering and vegetation restoration project, and restoring the damaged area to the grain cash crop planting area. This paper summarizes the construction emphases and technical difficulties of construction organization design, and makes suggestions on project design and construction, which can provide help for the study of geological disaster management and provide reference or reference for the management of subtype geological hazards.
