中国大陆地震经济损失评估方法研究

【摘要】:我国属于地震多发国家,地震频繁而且强烈,很多优秀的地震工作者都在努力的建立一些震后的损失快速评估模型,国内外已经进行了许多年的研究,得出了不少优秀的理论。地震损失快速评估对灾后人员救援、灾后家园重建等都具有非常重大的意义。本文主要完成了如下工作:1.主要针对本论文的选题背景、研究意义以及研究的目的等进行论述。2.总结了现有的地震经济损失评估方法,介绍本专业的最新前沿动态。3.基于震级的快速地震损失评估方法研究,运用国家统计局相关统计数据,将历年地震经济损失换算成2013年水平,消除历年经济发展对经济损失影响,分别从西南地区、西北地区和东部地区这三个方面入手分别进行探究,以找出适用于三种情况下不同的评估模型。4.基于烈度快速地震损失评估方法研究,分别从西南地区、西北地区和东部地区三块地区进行探究,找出适用于三个区域的不同评估模型。5.基于震级、烈度快速地震损失评估方法研究,从地震破坏力及人类活动所积累财富值两方面入手,得出拟合模型并进行了检验。6.总结本文所做工作,指出本文尚且存在的不足以及对进一步的研究进行初步展望和设想。
[Abstract]:China is an earthquake-prone country with frequent and strong earthquakes. Many excellent seismologists are working hard to establish some rapid assessment models of post-earthquake losses. Many years of research have been carried out at home and abroad, and many excellent theories have been obtained. The rapid assessment of earthquake damage is of great significance for rescue and reconstruction of post-disaster homes. This paper mainly completed the following work: 1. This paper mainly discusses the background, significance and purpose of this paper. 2. This paper summarizes the existing methods of earthquake economic loss assessment, and introduces the latest frontier developments of this major. 3. Based on the study of the rapid earthquake loss assessment method based on magnitude, and using the relevant statistical data of the National Bureau of Statistics, the economic losses of previous years are converted to the level of 2013 to eliminate the impact of economic development on economic losses in the past years, respectively from southwest China. In order to find out the different evaluation models suitable for the three situations, the northwest region and the eastern region are studied separately. Based on the study of intensity fast seismic loss assessment method, this paper probes into the three regions of southwest, northwest and east, and finds out the different assessment models that are suitable for the three regions. Based on the study of earthquake magnitude and intensity rapid earthquake loss assessment method, the fitting model is obtained from two aspects of earthquake damage and wealth accumulated by human activities. This paper summarizes the work done in this paper, points out the shortcomings of this paper, and makes a preliminary prospect and assumption for further research.
