运营条件下车辆段上盖物业开发对既有地铁影响研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国城市轨道交通快速发展,车辆段土地利用率低的特点也会不断凸显,车辆段物业上盖会越来越多的应用在实际工程中。但是上盖物业开发工程不可避免的对既有车辆段运用库结构的内力及下部基础变形产生影响。一方面,车辆段运用库上盖物业开发工程施工增加了既有地铁车辆段运用库的荷载,对既有结构内力产生影响,如果内力增加过大,则有可能影响结构安全及耐久性;另一方面,新建工程荷载的增加造成既有车辆段运用库基础结构沉降,下部结构沉降会造成运用库内轨道的沉降及几何形位的变化,严重时会影响运营安全。国内车辆段物业上盖工程有成功案例也有教训值得吸取,上盖施工对既有车辆段结构及轨道的影响和控制的研究是具有指导意义的。 论文主要研究内容如下: 1收集、分析和总结国内外车辆段物业上盖工程特点,对其与车辆段影响进行系统分析,结合车辆段物业开发实例对上盖工程的经验教训进行总结; 2论文分析了施工荷载及永久荷载条件下运用库结构的受力特点。新建运用库上盖工程在施工过程中及施工完成后均会对既有运用库结构造成影响,利用结构分析SAP2000建立地铁车辆段运用库结构三维模型,模拟各工况下施工过程对既有车辆段运用库结构所造成的内力变化并验证结构的安全性。 3论文采用半理论—半经验法及有限元法对车辆段物业上盖工程造成的运用库基础及轨道沉降进行分析,进一步对比半理论—半经验法、数值分析法计算结构,讨论两种方法计算的特点,使模拟其更符合实际工程。 4基于监测数据对车辆段运用库基础及轨道变形进行分析。对监测数据进行拟合,并将模拟计算结果与实测变形结果进行对比分析,验证计算模型的可靠性,并总结车辆段运用库基础及轨道的沉降特点; 5论文分析了各风险控制阶段的风险因素,并提出针对性的控制措施,提出风险管理流程控制,控制车辆段物业上盖工程造成既有地铁结构的风险。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of urban rail transit in China, the characteristics of low land utilization rate of depot will continue to be highlighted, and the property superstructure of depot will be used more and more in practical projects. However, the development of superstructure property inevitably affects the internal force of the existing depot structure and the deformation of the lower foundation. On the one hand, the construction of the depot property development project increases the load of the existing subway depot, which has an effect on the internal force of the existing structure. If the internal force increases too much, it may affect the safety and durability of the structure. On the other hand, the increase of the load of the new construction will cause the foundation structure settlement of the existing depot, and the settlement of the substructure will cause the settlement of the track and the change of the geometry, which will seriously affect the operation safety. There are some successful cases and lessons to be learned in the domestic car depot superstructure construction, and the research on the influence and control of the existing depot structure and track is of guiding significance. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1 collecting, analyzing and summarizing the characteristics of domestic and foreign car depot property superstructure, and systematically analyzing its influence on the depot. Combined with the real estate development of the depot, the experiences and lessons of the upper cover engineering are summarized. 2. The stress characteristics of the applied storehouse structure under the conditions of construction load and permanent load are analyzed in this paper. During the construction process and after the completion of the construction, the new construction and application of the upper cover of the storehouse will have an impact on the existing application reservoir structure. Using the structural analysis of SAP2000 to establish the three-dimensional model of the subway depot structure. The internal force changes caused by the application of the depot structure in the existing depot during the construction process are simulated and the safety of the structure is verified. (3) the semi-theory-semi-empirical method and the finite element method are used to analyze the applied reservoir foundation and track settlement caused by the property superstructure of the depot, and the calculation structure is further compared with the semi-theory-semi-empirical method and the numerical analysis method. The characteristics of the two methods are discussed in order to make the simulation more suitable for practical engineering. Based on the monitoring data, the depot foundation and track deformation are analyzed. Fitting the monitoring data and comparing the simulation results with the measured deformation results to verify the reliability of the calculation model and summarize the characteristics of the depot foundation and track settlement of the depot. 5. The paper analyzes the risk factors of each risk control stage, and puts forward the corresponding control measures, and puts forward the risk management flow control to control the risk of the existing subway structure caused by the property superstructure of the depot.
