中子俘获伽玛能谱处理方法及其在元素俘获测井中的初步应用

【摘要】:岩性油气藏的储量接近于构造油气藏的储量,但是岩性油气藏储层环境复杂,难于勘探和评价。n-Y地层元素测井是具有应用前景的勘探和评价岩性油气藏的测井技术。目前,世界上成熟应用的n-Y地层元素测井公司有三家,斯伦贝谢公司、哈里伯顿公司和阿特拉斯公司。其中斯伦贝谢公司在中国提供大量的测井服务,n-γ地层元素测井也是其中的一个服务项目。ECS测井仪是斯伦贝谢公司推出的n-Y地层元素测井仪,该仪器使用的是241 Am (a, n) 9Be同位素中子源,利用BGO (Bi4Ge3O12)探测器记录储层元素与中子相互作用后放出的γ射线,通过分析Y能谱得到储层的矿物组成及含量等重要信息。Al,Ca,Fe, K,S,Si,Ti等元素是地层分析中比较重要的元素,它们的热中子俘获截面较大,它们发出的γ射线绝大多数都是俘获反应的γ射线。本文主要通过中子与地层中的原子核发生俘获反应放出γ射线,通过求解俘获γ能谱得到这些元素的质量百分含量信息。文中从核物理的基本原理出发,结合地层元素俘获γ能谱测井的理想模型,从理论上推导地层元素俘获Y能谱测井的谱处理方法中元素相对产额、灵敏度因子、地层因子三个关键参数的求解方法。提出了一套针对中子俘获Y能谱处理的流程和方法,包括谱线的预处理,并通过MCNP构建地层模型对处理方法进行验证。并将这种谱处理方法应用到实测的能谱中,求得四口井的地层元素质量百分含量,对这种解谱方法的适用性做了评价。最后,用给出的解谱步骤和基础资料求解了MCNP模拟地层元素俘获γ能谱,给出了元素质量百分数的信息,对解谱结果和配井结果进行对比,验证了解谱方法的可行性。求解了四口井的实测的混合能谱,给出了三个参数的数据,最终给出了地层元素质量百分含量随深度变化的数据。在仅有相对产额数据的情况下,比较了求解的相对产额和ECS相对产额的数据,变化趋势基本一致,数值上仍有差异,并对产生差异的原因做出了分析。
[Abstract]:The reserves of lithologic reservoirs are close to those of structural reservoirs, but the reservoir environment of lithologic reservoirs is complex and difficult to explore and evaluate. N-Y formation element logging is a promising logging technique for exploration and evaluation of lithologic reservoirs. At present, there are three mature n-Y formation element logging companies in the world, Schlumberger, Halliburton and Atlas. Among them, Schlumberger Company provides a large number of logging services in China, and N- 纬 formation element logging is also one of the service items. ECS logging tool is a n-Y formation element logging tool developed by Schlumberger Company. The instrument uses a 241 Am (a, n) 9Be isotope neutron source and uses a BGO (Bi4Ge3O12) detector to record gamma rays emitted by the interaction of reservoir elements with neutrons. The important information such as mineral composition and content of reservoir are obtained by analyzing Y energy spectrum. The elements such as Al,Ca,Fe, Ki Si Ti are important elements in stratigraphic analysis, and their thermal neutron capture cross sections are large. Most of the 纬-rays emitted by them are capture-reactive 纬-rays. In this paper, 纬 -rays are emitted by neutron trapping reaction with nuclei in the formation, and the mass percent content information of these elements is obtained by solving the captured 纬 -ray spectra. Based on the basic principles of nuclear physics and the ideal model of formation element capture gamma spectrum logging, this paper theoretically deduces the relative yield and sensitivity factor of elements in the spectral processing method of formation element capture Y spectrum logging. The solution method of three key parameters of formation factor. A set of processes and methods for processing neutron capture Y spectra, including the pretreatment of spectral lines, are proposed, and the processing method is verified by constructing a stratigraphic model by MCNP. The spectral processing method is applied to the measured energy spectrum and the mass percent content of formation elements in four wells is obtained. The applicability of this method is evaluated. Finally, the MCNP simulated formation element capture gamma-ray spectrum is solved by using the given solution steps and basic data, and the information of element mass percentage is given. The results of spectral solution and well matching are compared to verify the feasibility of the spectral method. The measured mixed energy spectra of four wells are solved, and the data of three parameters are given. Finally, the data of the variation of mass percent content of formation elements with depth are given. In the case of only relative yield data, the data of relative yield and ECS relative yield are compared, the variation trend is basically the same, and the numerical value is still different, and the reasons for the difference are analyzed.
