岩质锚固边坡相似材料及锚固体模型拉拔试验研究
[Abstract]:Based on the project of the National Natural Science Foundation and the large shaking table test of Anchorage rock slope, this paper carries out the research on the matching ratio of the model similar materials. The ratio of similar materials to cement mortar and rock was studied. Similar raw materials are barite, iron powder, quartz sand, fine sand, gypsum, cement, glycerin and so on. Based on the similarity theory, the test scheme was arranged by orthogonal design method, and the sample was prepared by pouring grouting method. The main physical and mechanical parameters of the similar materials are obtained through laboratory tests, including density, compressive strength, modulus of elasticity, tensile strength, angle of internal friction, cohesion and so on. The orthogonal test results of similar materials were processed and analyzed by means of range analysis and visual graph. The Anchorage model was made by selecting the appropriate proportion from the test results and the drawing test was carried out. Reliable experimental data are obtained in this experiment, which has certain reference value for the study of model similar material ratio test. The main research work is as follows: 1. By using orthogonal table, 9 groups of cement mortar similar material proportioning schemes and 16 groups of rock similar material proportioning schemes are designed. 2, through sensitivity analysis, In the orthogonal test of similar materials for judging mortar and rock, the main and secondary influencing factors of each physical and mechanical parameter are analyzed, and the law of the influence of various raw materials on the physical and mechanical properties of mixed materials is analyzed in combination with intuitionistic curves. Through multivariate linear regression analysis, the approximate functional equation between the test index and various factors is obtained. 4. Through the pull out test of the anchor body model, the stress on the two interfaces of the anchor body model is preliminarily obtained. The effect of anchoring length on pull-out force is also discussed, and the feasibility of measuring shear stress at two interfaces by strain gauge is verified.
