KZ矿业技术有限责任公司竞争战略研究

【摘要】:面对市场需求的不断变化,矿产行业已经由劳动密集型产业向技术密集型工业以及高科技产业发展,KZ矿业技术有限责任公司主要从事中小型矿山企业从勘察到生产施工的业务。公司虽然发展迅速,但毕竟是个年轻企业,需要改进和完善的方面还很多,如:矿山管理、技术发展、市场开拓方面等。目前KZ矿业技术有限责任公司正处于关键性发展时期,在未来如何抓住行业发展机遇,规避风险,从机遇型发展转变为战略型发展,从发展速度和规模不稳定状态转变为规模稳定、持续发展状态,是业务板块发展的需要,也是KZ矿业作强作优的需要。所以巩固和提升公司市场地位和市场份额,赢得客户满意、客户忠诚和客户推荐,战胜竞争对手,清晰勾勒企业竞争战略已成为公司当前亟待解决的问题。本文通过企业战略理论、企业竞争力理论,运用PEST分析、波特的五种力量模型、SWOT分析等分析工具对KZ矿业技术有限责任公司企业发展的外部和内部环境以及行业的未来发展趋势等进行了研究,进而总结了企业在外部可能面临的机会和威胁以及企业内部的优势和劣势。并据此为公司选择了适合的竞争战略即差异化战略、总成本领先战略,进而提出具体的战略实施方案。以期能做到趋利避害,充分发挥在公司已有的优势下,在新战略的指导下,为公司的可持续发展的方向和途径问题提供解决办法,为企业提供新的发展空间,借此来提高公司的战略管理能力,从而进一步提高公司的盈利能力。以期使客户、企业、社会各方面都能够取得利益上的和谐统一,使经济效益能够达到最大化。本文希望通过对KZ矿业技术有限责任公司的竞争战略进行研究,期望能在激烈的竞争中,提高企业的抗风险能力,提高企业核心竞争力,保持企业可持续发展能力,并提供科学的智力支持;当然,同时也希望能对同类矿山企业的发展提供一些启示。
[Abstract]:In the face of the continuous change of market demand, the mineral industry has developed from labor-intensive industry to technology-intensive industry and high-tech industry. KZ Mining Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in small and medium-sized mining enterprises from investigation to production and construction business. Although the company develops rapidly, but after all, it is a young enterprise, there are still many aspects that need to be improved and improved, such as mine management, technical development, market development and so on. At present, KZ Mining Technology Co., Ltd. is in a critical period of development. In the future, how to seize the opportunity of industry development, avoid risks, and change from opportunity development to strategic development. It is not only the need of business plate development, but also the need of KZ mining industry to change from development speed and scale instability to scale stability and sustainable development. Therefore, it has become an urgent problem for the company to consolidate and enhance its market position and market share, win customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and customer recommendation, defeat competitors, and clearly outline the competitive strategy of the company. Through the theory of enterprise strategy and the theory of enterprise competitiveness, this paper uses PEST analysis and Porter's five power models. SWOT analysis and other analytical tools have studied the external and internal environment of the development of KZ Mining Technology Co., Ltd., as well as the future development trend of the industry. Then it summarizes the opportunities and threats that enterprises may face outside, as well as the advantages and disadvantages within the enterprise. Based on this, the suitable competitive strategy is selected for the company, that is, differentiation strategy, total cost leading strategy, and then the specific strategic implementation scheme is put forward. In order to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages, give full play to the existing advantages of the company, under the guidance of the new strategy, to provide solutions to the direction and ways of sustainable development of the company, and to provide new development space for enterprises. So as to improve the strategic management ability of the company, so as to further improve the profitability of the company. In order to make customers, enterprises, all aspects of society can achieve harmony and unity of interests, so that economic benefits can be maximized. This paper hopes to study the competitive strategy of KZ Mining Technology Co., Ltd., hoping to improve the anti-risk ability of enterprises, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and maintain the sustainable development ability of enterprises in the fierce competition. And provide scientific intellectual support; Of course, at the same time, I also hope to provide some inspiration for the development of similar mining enterprises.
