地铁下穿既有建筑物的建筑物安全措施

【摘要】:进入新世纪以来,我国已经进入一个快速发展的时期,城市化的进程也不断加快。随着城市规模的不断扩张,使得城市人口数量激增,社会资源过度集中。同时,由于城市地面空间有限,容易导致城市交通问题。为了缓解地面交通压力,城市地铁建设已经成了必然趋势。而由于城市建筑物过度集中,地铁施工时,地下隧道难免会下穿建筑物,从而容易对建筑物造成不利的影响。为了保证地铁施工和建筑物使用的安全性,国内外一些相关研究者做了很多相关的分析,并取得了一些重大成果。本文以南昌地铁一号线中山路区段为背景,研究了地铁下穿既有建筑物的建筑物安全措施,主要内容如下:1、介绍了本次课题的研究背景以及研究意义,在总结和整理国内外学者的研究成果基础上,分析当前的研究现状。并且,简单介绍了本次课题的主要研究内容以及方法。2、详细介绍盾构开挖的施工原理以及施工工序,重点分析了盾构施工引起土体变形的原理,在理论分析和实践经验的基础上,提出预防地表变形的相应控制措施。3、通过对相关规范的学习研究,介绍了建筑物受盾构施工影响的评价标准,同时,进行了盾构开挖对建筑物影响的机理分析,并提出了减小不利影响的控制措施。4、根据具体的实际工程和资料数据,对建筑结构本身进行检测和鉴定。然后,利用有限元软件SAP2000模拟盾构施工对建筑物的影响,建立三维模型对结构进行受力和位移分析。根据软件分析结果,提出相应的风险鉴定以及建筑物加固建议。最后,提出相应的施工现场监测方案,对监测点的布置进行详细介绍。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the new century, China has entered a period of rapid development, and the process of urbanization is also accelerating. With the continuous expansion of the scale of the city, the number of urban population is soaring and the social resources are too concentrated. At the same time, due to the limited urban ground space, it is easy to lead to urban traffic problems. In order to alleviate the pressure of ground traffic, urban subway construction has become an inevitable trend. Due to the excessive concentration of urban buildings, the underground tunnel will inevitably pass through the building during subway construction, which is easy to have a negative impact on the building. In order to ensure the safety of subway construction and building use, some relevant researchers at home and abroad have done a lot of relevant analysis, and achieved some significant results. Based on the Zhongshan Road section of Nanchang Metro Line 1, this paper studies the building safety measures of existing buildings under the subway. The main contents are as follows: 1. The research background and significance of this subject are introduced. On the basis of summing up and sorting out the research results of scholars at home and abroad, the current research status is analyzed. Moreover, the main research contents and methods of this subject are briefly introduced. 2, the construction principle and construction procedure of shield excavation are introduced in detail, and the principle of soil deformation caused by shield construction is analyzed emphatically. on the basis of theoretical analysis and practical experience, the corresponding control measures to prevent surface deformation are put forward. 3, through the study and research of relevant codes, the evaluation criteria of buildings affected by shield construction are introduced. At the same time, the mechanism of the influence of shield excavation on the building is analyzed, and the control measures to reduce the adverse effects are put forward. 4, according to the specific actual engineering and data, the building structure itself is detected and identified. Then, the finite element software SAP2000 is used to simulate the influence of shield construction on the building, and a three-dimensional model is established to analyze the force and displacement of the structure. According to the results of software analysis, the corresponding risk identification and building reinforcement suggestions are put forward. Finally, the corresponding construction site monitoring scheme is put forward, and the layout of monitoring points is introduced in detail.
