【摘要】：农村建设用地是农村居民社会经济活动的载体。随着城镇化和新农村建设步伐的快速推进,人们对建设用地的需求越来越大。那么,如何对农村建设用地进行合理规划布局,发挥有限的农村建设用地资源的区位优势,实现最优区位布局,充分利用周围附属设施,达到因地制宜、高效发展是区位理论探讨的前沿课题。本文以农村建设用地区位环境调查、评价分析为主线,通过六章篇幅,分别沿着农村建设用地区位环境研究进展—研究理论与技术方法—区位环境调查分析—区位环境评价—区位环境评价结果分析研究—研究结论概述的逻辑顺序,分析山区农村建设用地区位环境情况,并运用多因素综合分析法,结合GIS空间分析技术对区位影响因素进行定性和定量分析,通过构建农村建设用地区位环境评价模型,测算地区农村建设用地的现状区位优势情况,并运用地统计分析方法对研究区的潜在区位优势进行预测。研究结果表明：1)农村建设用地区位优势以中心城镇为中心向外围逐渐递减的地区,农村建设用地的分布面积也存在同样的递减规律；2)区位环境越优越的地区,农村建设用地布局越集中,反之,则农村建设用地分布越零散；3)以主干道路为轴,农村建设用地的区位环境优越程度呈带状向两侧减弱,农村建设用地布局有沿路分布的趋势；4)在山区高程、坡度等地形地貌条件仍是制约农村建设用地布局的硬性条件,地形地貌条件较差的地区,农村建设用地规模小,集中连片程度低,区位环境空间差异较大。
[Abstract]:The rural construction land is the carrier of the social and economic activities of the rural residents. With the rapid development of urbanization and the construction of new rural areas, the demand for construction land is becoming more and more important. Therefore, how to make rational layout and layout of rural construction land, give full play to the location advantages of limited rural construction land resources, achieve the optimal location layout, make full use of the surrounding ancillary facilities, and achieve local conditions and efficient development are the frontier topics of location theory. The analysis of rural construction land area environment investigation and evaluation as the main line in this paper, through six chapters, respectively along the countryside construction progress in research area of environmental theory and technology research method, investigation and analysis of regional environment - regional environment evaluation of regional environment evaluation result analysis research concludes with an overview of the logic sequence analysis by region environmental conditions of rural construction in mountainous areas, and the use of multi factor comprehensive analysis method, combined with GIS spatial analysis by qualitative and quantitative analysis of location factors, through the construction of rural construction land location environment evaluation model, with the current situation of the rural construction location measurement area, and using the method of statistical analysis to research potential advantage area forecast. The results show that: 1) rural construction land location advantage in the center of town as the center to the periphery gradually decreasing, rural construction land distribution area is also the same law of diminishing; 2) the regional environment more favorable areas, rural construction land layout is more concentrated, conversely, rural construction land distribution more scattered; 3) to the main road as the axis, a land location superiority degree of rural construction on both sides of belt to weaken, the rural construction land layout along the distribution trend; 4) in the mountain elevation, slope topography is still about rural construction in hard conditions layout, terrain conditions the area of rural construction land in small scale, concentrated degree is low, the difference of geographical environment of large space.
