【摘要】:随着信息化时代的到来,传统的电力运营方式已经无法跟上现代化电网建设的脚步,为了保障人们用电安全,迫切需要一种现代化技术手段来管理与规划电网的实施。作为信息技术发展中的热点之一——三维地理信息系统,对空间数据处理及可视化的有着天然优势,两种不同领域中的技术应用到一起,会碰撞出怎样的火花,让人无限期待。基于此本论文将三维地理信息系统技术应用到电力行业,来设计与架构电力规划方向的三维地理信息系统,实现电网的三维可视化。 本文首先回顾了数字地球技术与电力地理信息系统技术在国内外的研究进展。根据现阶段发展状况,选取开源的OGRE作为图形渲染引擎。通过对遥感影像数据、DEM数据进行研究,实现瓦片数据分割,并以OGRE3D渲染引擎为核心,研究如何利用遥感影像数据、DEM数据模拟三维地球表面。然后结合现有的层次细节模型算法,实现电力设备的三维模型文件在三维场景中加载与渲染。最后综合以上技术,利用现有数字地球平台EV_Globe,结合微软.NET Framework4.0框架、使用C#语言对三维地理信息系统各个功能模块进行开发,完成具有三维展示与三维分析等功能的三维数字化电力规划系统的实现。 本系统采用合理的计算机技术、三维地理信息系统技术和数据库技术,能够真实地、直观地对三维场景展示,为设计、规划、管理等部门提供全方位的观察视角,可以方便快捷的查询电网的空间属性信息、电力模型设备信息等内容,将信息化、系统化融入到数据资源的管理、维护、更新和共享中。这样不仅可以提高各个部门的工作效率,还可以降低“信息孤岛”和管理成本。对于电力行业的线路规划和运营管理有着重要意义。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the information era, the traditional way of electric power operation has been unable to keep up with the pace of the construction of modern power grid, electricity to ensure people's safety, the implementation of the urgent need for a modern technology to management and planning of the power grid. As one of the hot spots of the three-dimensional geographic information system in the development of information technology, the spatial data processing and visualization are a natural advantage, the two kinds of technology in different fields together, will impact what kind of spark, let us infinite expectations. This paper will be the three-dimensional geographic information system technology is applied to electric power industry based on 3D geographic information system to design and construction of electric power planning and direction, to achieve three-dimensional visualization of power grid.
This paper reviews the research progress of digital earth technology and electric power geographic information system technology at home and abroad. According to the present development status, select the open source OGRE as the graphics rendering engine. Through the data of remote sensing image of DEM data, realize tile data segmentation, and OGRE3D rendering engine as the core, to study how to use remote sensing image the data, DEM data simulation of three-dimensional surface of the earth. Then combined with the level of detail of the existing algorithms, 3D model file to achieve power equipment loading in the 3D scene and rendering. Finally the above technology, the use of existing digital earth platform EV_Globe, combined with Microsoft.NET Framework4.0 framework, each function of the three-dimensional geographic information system module is developed using C# language complete the realization, has the function of 3D display and 3D analysis of 3D digital power system planning.
This system adopts reasonable computer technology, three-dimensional geographic information system and database technology, which can truly and intuitively display, the 3D scene for the design, planning, provide a full range of observation from the perspective of management and other departments, spatial information query system can easily and quickly, the power model of equipment information, the information. System integration into data resource management, maintenance, updating and sharing. It can not only improve the efficiency of the various departments, but also can reduce the "information island" and management cost is very important for the power industry line planning and operation management.
