县级配电网地理信息系统规划与设计

【摘要】:随着电网的迅猛发展,相关的档案、图纸等信息数据不断增加,馈线之间的相互关系日益复杂,对电力部门的调度以及管理要求越来越高。为了使城市电网发展要求得到满足,许多大中城市的电力部门都相继自主开发了配电网地理信息系统(又称GIS系统),并利用配电网地理信息系统管理电力线路、电力设备等。为了满足规范化管理的需要,县级供电部门也开始引入配电网地理信息系统,对县级城区的配电网线路、设备等进行管理。然而,县级供电部门有其自身的特点,过去的方法以及经验,并不完全适用于建设县级供电部门的配电网地理信息系统。 在电力系统配电线路的设备管理中,需要处理大量的图纸以及设备数据,这些图纸和数据均与地理位置密切相关。本文结合县级配电网管理的自身特点以及管理需求,提出了一种在县级配电网自动化系统中应用GIS技术的模式。将GIS技术应用于基于网络环境的大型关系数据库中,完成了唐县配电网地理信息系统的开发与实现。它的主要的功能就是利用计算机在地理信息系统上进行有关图纸和文件的管理,并可及时、准确、完整地提供出电力部门所需要的各类管理信息。此系统的建成不但对电力安全生产起到了有力的保障,同时在线路的科学规划方面提供了辅助决策的功能。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of power grid, related files, drawings and other information data are increasing, and the relationship between feeder lines is becoming more and more complex. In order to meet the requirements of urban power grid development, the requirements of dispatching and management in the power sector are becoming higher and higher. Many power departments in large and medium-sized cities have developed their own distribution network geographic information system (GIS system), and use distribution network geographic information system to manage power lines. Power equipment. In order to meet the needs of standardized management, the county power supply departments also began to introduce the distribution network geographic information system, to the county level distribution network lines, equipment management. However. The power supply department at the county level has its own characteristics, past methods and experiences, which are not fully applicable to the construction of the distribution network geographic information system of the power supply department at the county level. In the equipment management of power distribution line, a large number of drawings and equipment data need to be processed. These drawings and data are closely related to geographical location. This paper combines the characteristics and management requirements of county distribution network management. In this paper, a mode of applying GIS technology to the distribution automation system at county level is presented, and the GIS technology is applied to the large-scale relational database based on the network environment. Completed the development and implementation of the Tangxian distribution network geographic information system. Its main function is to use the computer to manage the relevant drawings and documents on the GIS, and it can be timely and accurate. All kinds of management information needed by electric power department are provided completely. This system not only has a strong guarantee for electric power safety in production, but also provides the function of auxiliary decision in the scientific planning of power line.
