基于GPRS网络和GPS定位技术的军车管理系统

【摘要】:随着新军事变革的深入发展,科技的影响遍布部队工作的各个角落。而部队车辆管理的基本方法还是人工书写、手工登记、电话联系等方式,与信息时代的特征不符,落后于部队现代化建设的步伐。通过GPRS网络通信技术、GPS定位技术的车辆监控系统解决了这一问题,满足了军队车辆动态管理的要求,提高了军队车辆管理的水平,为军队车辆管理数据化打下一个良好的基础。 通过对军队车辆管理规律和车辆监控管理相关技术的分析与研究,本文提出了一个基于GPRS网络和GPS定位技术的管理方案,并实现了数据库构建,车载端硬件、服务端、客户端软件设计。本文充分利用了GPRS网络传输技术高速、实时、网络覆盖面积广的特点,利用车载GPS模块和百度地图api接口这些成熟技术,在外出执行任务车辆与监控中心之间建立连接,实时地将执行任务情况显示在地图上,实现对外出执行任务车辆的监控、调度和管理。与传统单片机控制的车辆管理或调度系统相比,本系统克服了投入成本高、管理效率低、操作难度大、数据冗余多的缺点,以车辆管理规律为依据,贯彻到每一个管理环节,既符合部队管理实际,又满足了安全管理要求。本系统所开发的车载端与车辆并非一一对应关系,而是执行任务时作为一台设备随带车干部一同执行任务,利用设备返回的数据对任务执行情况进行记录,节约了硬件投入,提高了管理效率。系统采用成熟的百度地图api接口显示地图信息,节约了开发成本,提高了效率。采用GPRS通信技术建立连接传输数据,克服了以往采用短信方式成本高、延迟时间长的缺点,提高了系统管理的实时性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:With the further development of the new military revolution, the influence of science and technology has spread all over the work of the armed forces. However, the basic methods of military vehicle management, such as manual writing, manual registration, telephone connection and so on, do not accord with the characteristics of the information age. The vehicle monitoring system with GPRS network communication technology and GPS positioning technology solves this problem, meets the requirements of the dynamic management of military vehicles, and improves the level of military vehicle management. It will lay a good foundation for the digitalization of military vehicle management. Through the analysis and research on the law of military vehicle management and the related technology of vehicle monitoring and management, this paper puts forward a management scheme based on GPRS network and GPS positioning technology, and realizes the construction of database, the hardware of vehicle terminal and the service side. Client software design. This paper makes full use of the characteristics of GPRS network transmission technology, such as high speed, real time and wide network coverage, and makes full use of the mature technologies such as vehicular GPS module and Baidu map api interface. Establish the connection between the vehicle and the monitoring center, display the status of the task on the map in real time, and realize the monitoring of the vehicle that goes out to execute the task. Compared with the traditional vehicle management or dispatching system controlled by single chip computer, the system overcomes the disadvantages of high input cost, low management efficiency, high difficulty in operation, and more data redundancy, which is based on the rules of vehicle management. The implementation of each management link is not only in line with the actual management of troops, but also meets the requirements of safety management. The on-board end developed in this system does not correspond to the vehicle one by one. Instead, when performing the task as a caravan with the equipment, the task was carried out together, and the data returned by the equipment were used to record the implementation of the task, thus saving the input of the hardware. The system uses mature Baidu map api interface to display map information, saves development cost and improves efficiency. It uses GPRS communication technology to establish connection and transmit data, which overcomes the high cost of using short message in the past. The shortcoming of long delay time improves the real-time and reliability of system management.
