移动终端下电力三维GIS系统关键技术及实现

【摘要】:随着近年来移动设备硬件性能和交互手段的提高,并且具有外观小巧、方便携带等一系列的特点,它正在改变着我们的生活方式,并且涉及到各个行业的生产管理,而且这种趋势正在以前所未有的状态发展。不同的行业对于地理信息系统的要求也不尽相同。设计一个使用的GIS系统,会对此行业产生巨大的经济和社会效益。基于移动终端的二维GIS系统已经在包括ESRI在内的多家企业进行过研究与应用,但是移动终端下的三维开发目前还处于起步阶段,国内外还没有真正形成一款专门应用于电力行业的移动3D GIS系统,因此,考虑到电力行业自身的特点以及技术的发展需要,研发具有电力行业应用的移动终端3D GIS平台势在必行。同时伴随着无线网络和移动终端的迅捷发展,基于Mobile GIS(移动地理信息系统)的移动三维地理信息服务系统成为当今的研究热点。作为移动三维GIS的应用方向之一,移动三维虚拟地球能够整合在线的多源地理信息资源,为公众提供智能的、按需的、基于位置的多源地理信息应用服务。但是由于移动智能终端硬件资源限制,传统的运行于PC端的三维虚拟地球系统在移动终端高效运行还需要进行研究。对此,本文研究了移动终端下的电力三维虚拟地球的关键技术,并且在此基础上,设计了针对移动智能终端特点的三维虚拟地球的系统框架和核心接口。本项目研究的意义在于,突破原有电力三维GIS系统操作的地理局限性,能够使用户无论身在何地,都能随时通过移动设备(PDA、手机或平板电脑)对电力3D GIS进行访问、分析、处理和上报,大大提高电网业务的工作效率以及管理效率,并且节省部分运营成本。论文的主要研究内容如下:(1)分析国内外移动GIS和三维虚拟地球系统的研究现状,得出移动三维虚拟地球系统是未来面向大众地理信息服务的应用热点,同时存在些关键技术有待研究。(2)在OsgEarth(三维虚拟地球)上进行合理设计,设计一套能够支持二次开发的三维控件。底层接口要按照统一的规范进行编写,能够方便后续业务功能开发以及更深层次的开发。(3)基于三维控件接口开发一套移动终端的电力三维GIS系统,实现基本的三维浏览、电力资源数据展示、空间分析、特效渲染等相关功能.并且探讨了移动三维虚拟地球系统的关键技术。从海量数据的获取集成、三维交互、特效渲染等三个方面出发。(4)设计了移动三维虚拟地球的系统框架和核心接口。探讨了移动三维虚拟地球系统的跨平台、高内聚低耦合的设计原则,并在此基础上设计了多线程的系统框架。其次,从功能模块的角度出发,设计了符合WMTS规范的多源瓦片数据获取集成接口、符合用户交互习惯的虚拟相机接口、符合WFS服务规范的信息查询接口以及高性能位置定位服务接口。(5)在以上基础上,利用OSG Earth、OpenGL ES在IOS以及Android操作系统上进行电力三维GIS系统开发。该系统能够实现基础地理数据的展现;电力资源数据(电源点、接线图、电网三维模型等)的综合展现。

Accompanied by the wireless network and the fast development of mobile terminal, based on Mobile GIS (mobile geographic information system) mobile 3D geographic information service system has become the hotspot of the research. As one of the application direction of 3D GIS, 3D virtual mobile earth to multi-source geographic information resources integration online for the public, providing intelligent, on-demand, multi-source geographic information service based on location. But due to the mobile intelligent terminal hardware resource constraints, the traditional operation at the end of the PC 3D Virtual Earth System in the mobile terminal, operation research is needed. In this regard, the paper studies the key technologies of 3D virtual earth power mobile terminal next, and on this basis, the system framework and the core design of virtual globe for mobile intelligent terminal characteristics. This project lies in the interface. Secondly, from the perspective of function the design of access point module, integrated interface with multi tile data of the WMTS specification, in line with the virtual camera interface user interaction habits, conforms to the WFS service specification information query interface and high The performance of location service interface. (5) on the basis of the above, the use of OSG Earth and OpenGL ES to develop three-dimensional GIS system in IOS power and Android operating system.
