基于时态地理对象的基础地理信息实时更新技术研究

【摘要】:本文研究了新时期基础地理信息数据库应用特点,指出了能否实现快速更新是制约地理信息特别是基础地理信息应用的瓶颈之一。从这个需求出发,探讨了时态技术在基础地理信息数据库建库和更新中的应用。 本文从地理对象建模角度,重新审视了现在的地理对象模型,结合当前技术的发展,提出了一种新的面向对象的地理对象时态化思路和模型实现—时态地理对象立方体模型,并从矢量数据库和栅格数据库两种形式的数据内容上实现了数据的时态信息存储,为快速更新奠定了一个坚实的基础。利用时态地理对象立方体模型,部分的解决了基础地理信息数据库在历史数据存储、管理和更新的问题。 通过时态地理对象立方体模型和时态数据库的引入,解决传统GIS由于静态空间数据对象管理而形成的短板以及数据更新发布上的的局限,提出一种适应物联网时代、满足智慧城市建设、防灾应急应用需求的具有时态特征的基础地理地理信息数据存储管理和快速更新方法,实现了基础地理信息更新、管理、发布的一体化和时态化,为新时期基础地理信息服务快速更新发布提供了一个可行的技术路线,为基础地理信息更好的利用与时空分析提供了一个可行的方案。 本文认为:生产与更新没有本质区别,生产就是更新。突破传统认识局限,重新设计生产过程和流程,将生产、更新过程中四个生产周期的要素数据都存储在统一的逻辑库中,不再划分工作库与正式库,实现测绘生产任务和成果离散化。将离散化的生产任务和成果统一纳入数据库管理的范畴,改变传统的测绘生产项目管理中,项目通过验收后才将数据整体录入数据库中的方式,将工作数据录入库中进行管理并同时记录了过程。 本文研究了基础地理信息数据库快速更新中的协同更新和并发冲突检测处理等更新中的关键技术,并提出了自己的协同更新机制以及冲突检测与消除策略,较好地解决了实际生产中的问题,提供了实时更新的技术实现。 文章提供了一个研究技术的实际应用--大比例尺时态地形图数据库更新。为城市测绘生产单位、基础地理信息管理者、基础地理信息发布运营者等广大用户提供了一个强有力的工具和可借鉴的技术方案。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the application characteristics of basic geographic information database in the new period, and points out that rapid updating is one of the bottlenecks that restrict the application of geographical information, especially basic geographic information. This paper discusses the application of temporal technology in database building and updating of basic geographic information database. In this paper, the current geographical object model is reviewed from the point of view of geographical object modeling. Combined with the development of current technology, a new object-oriented temporal object model and its realization, temporal geographic object cube model, are proposed. The temporal information storage is realized from two kinds of data content: vector database and raster database, which lays a solid foundation for fast updating. Part of the solution to the basic geographic information database in the historical data storage, management and update problems. Through the introduction of temporal geographic object cube model and temporal database, this paper solves the limitation of traditional GIS because of static spatial data object management and the limitation of data updating and publishing, and puts forward a new method to adapt to the times of Internet of things. In order to meet the needs of intelligent city construction, disaster prevention and emergency response, the method of storing and managing basic geographic information data with temporal characteristics and rapid updating method has realized the integration and tense of basic geographic information updating, management and release. It provides a feasible technical route for the rapid update and release of the basic geographic information service in the new period, and provides a feasible scheme for the better utilization and spatiotemporal analysis of the basic geographic information. This paper holds that there is no essential difference between production and renewal. Production is renewal. Break through the limitations of traditional knowledge, redesign the production process and process, The data of the elements of the four production cycles are stored in a unified logic base, and no longer separate the work library from the formal library. To realize the discretization of surveying and mapping production tasks and achievements, to unify the discrete production tasks and achievements into the scope of database management, and to change the traditional surveying and mapping production project management, After the project passed the acceptance, the whole data was entered into the database, and the working data was managed and the process was recorded at the same time. In this paper, the key technologies of collaborative update and concurrent conflict detection in the rapid updating of basic geographic information database are studied, and their own cooperative updating mechanism and conflict detection and resolution strategy are put forward. It solves the problems in practical production and provides the technical realization of real-time update. This paper provides a practical application of research technology-updating of large scale temporal topographic map database. General users, such as basic geographic information distribution operators, provide a powerful tool and a technical solution that can be used for reference.
