基于生态足迹的江西省可持续发展评价

【摘要】:针对可持续发展定量评价问题,该文提出了将具有空间分析优势的GIS技术与具有定量分析特色的生态足迹理论相结合的方法,并将该方法用于江西省可持续发展评价。文章利用1990年、2000年、2008年3个时期的统计数据与空间信息数据,分别从全区域与其子区域两个层次,计算了生态足迹、生态承载力与生态赤字(盈余)。分析表明,江西省在3个时期均出现了生态赤字,且持续增大,全流域的可持续性向不利的方向发展。在各子区域中,可持续发展水平较差的区域有新余市、萍乡市;较好的区域有赣州市、上饶市。空间分布方面,可持续发展水平较高的区域主要分布在南部与东部,较低的区域主要分布中部与东北部。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of quantitative evaluation of sustainable development, this paper puts forward a method of combining the GIS technology with the advantage of spatial analysis and the ecological footprint theory with the characteristics of quantitative analysis. The method is applied to the evaluation of sustainable development in Jiangxi Province. The ecological footprint is calculated from the two levels of the whole region and its sub-region by using the statistical data and spatial information data from 1990, 2000 and 2008, respectively. The analysis of ecological carrying capacity and ecological deficit (surplus) shows that the ecological deficit has appeared in Jiangxi Province in three periods, and has been increasing continuously, and the sustainability of the whole river basin is developing in a disadvantageous direction. The regions with poor sustainable development level are Xinyu City and Pingxiang City, and the better regions are Ganzhou City and Shangrao City. In terms of spatial distribution, the regions with higher level of sustainable development are mainly distributed in the south and east. The lower regions are mainly distributed in the middle and northeast.
