井下设备设施GIS管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:随着“十二五”规划的进行,我国对煤矿安全投入了巨大的人力物力,近几年煤矿管理自动化系统的普及为我国煤矿安全提供了保证,但因自动化和信息化技术在煤矿设备设施管理业务中存在很多不足,设备设施可视化管理和台账自动化管理还存在很多问题,对煤矿设备设施管理造成一定的负面影响。 通过对我国煤矿设备设施管理现状的深入研究,在分析了目前设备设施管理系统的优缺点的基础上,提出利用GIS可视化改善我国设备设施管理模式,并结合红石岩煤矿项目实现了井下设备设施GIS管理系统的设计与开发。 本文详细论述了利用GIS技术开发设备设施管理系统时的应用模式与关键技术。通过对技术的分析,利用ArcGIS engine进行二次开发等开发模式,使开发过程高效率、低成本。并对空间数据与非空间数据的结合进行探讨。 在对红石岩煤矿深入调研的基础之上,,对该矿的设备设施管理流程进行分析整理。以GIS理论为基础,建立井下设备设施空间数据模型与属性数据模型。利用ArcSDE与大型关系型数据库结合的方式对设备设施的众多信息进行统一管理,使其定量化、数字化、可视化。利用空间分析等技术解决煤矿生产中遇到的实际问题。采用C/S模式建立井下设备设施GIS管理系统,保证系统稳定,数据安全。
[Abstract]:With the development of the 12th Five-Year Plan, our country has invested huge manpower and material resources in coal mine safety. In recent years, the popularization of coal mine management automation system has provided a guarantee for coal mine safety in our country. However, there are many shortcomings in the management of coal mine equipment and facilities by automation and information technology, and there are still many problems in the visual management of equipment and facilities and the automatic management of bookkeeping, which have a certain negative impact on the management of equipment and facilities in coal mines. On the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the present equipment and facilities management system, this paper puts forward to improve the management mode of China's equipment and facilities by using GIS visualize, based on the in-depth study of the present situation of coal mine equipment and facilities management. Combined with Hongshiyan coal mine project, the design and development of GIS management system for underground equipment and facilities are realized. This paper discusses the application mode and key technology of developing equipment facility management system with GIS technology in detail. Through the analysis of the technology, the development mode of ArcGIS engine is used to make the development process high efficiency and low cost. The combination of spatial data and non-spatial data is discussed. Based on the investigation of Hongshiyan Coal Mine, the management process of equipment and facilities in Hongshiyan Coal Mine is analyzed and sorted out. Based on GIS theory, the spatial data model and attribute data model of underground equipment and facilities are established. By using ArcSDE and large relational database, the information of equipments and facilities is managed in a unified way, which can be quantified, digitized and visualized. Space analysis and other techniques are used to solve the practical problems encountered in coal mine production. The GIS management system of underground equipment and facilities is established by using C / S mode to ensure the system stability and data security.
