基于GPS的车速校准系统设计

【摘要】:目前国内的车速测量校准标准尚处在研究阶段,需要设计可对其它测速装置进行计量校准检定的车速校准检定标准系统。全球定位系统(Global Position System)的出现,为车辆速度的测量提供了一种全新的技术途径与实用方法。目前全球定位系统可进行高精度的车速测量,能够作为其他测速装置的校准系统。 本文在研究目前测速校准发展水平的前提下,对GPS测速原理进行了细致的分析与研究,并且重点分析应用多普勒频移算法的GPS测速特点。在以上的研究基础上提出GPS测速作为其它测速装置的校准标准,并设计测速校准系统。 采用AsteRx2e作为GPS信号的接收模块,通过相关车载实验,并进行数据采集,对实验结果进行采样分析,得出测速数据的更新率达到25Hz,表明测速系统的实时性良好;通过计算速度标准差,测速误差精度可达0.01m/s以内,可得出测速误差精度满足车辆校准的要求。 选择基于WinCE系统的工控机触摸屏作为GPS测速数据的控制模块。在EVC平台上编写程序代码,完成数据的实时读取与显示的同时使显示界面更加美观。完成系统封装后进行相关车载实验,实验结果表明测速系统的测速误差精度与速度更新率均符合要求。
[Abstract]:At present, the domestic speed measurement and calibration standard is still in the research stage, it is necessary to design the speed calibration standard system which can be used to measure and calibrate other speed measuring devices. The appearance of Global Position system (GPS) provides a new technical approach and practical method for vehicle speed measurement. At present, GPS can be used as calibration system for other velocimetry devices. In this paper, the principle of GPS velocimetry is analyzed and studied in detail, and the characteristics of GPS velocimetry based on Doppler frequency shift algorithm are emphatically analyzed on the premise of studying the development level of velocimetry calibration at present. On the basis of the above research, GPS velocimetry is put forward as the calibration standard of other velocimetry devices, and the calibration system is designed. AsteRx2e is used as the receiving module of GPS signal, and through the related vehicle experiment and data acquisition, the experimental results are sampled and analyzed, and the update rate of the velocity measurement data is up to 25 Hz, which shows that the real-time performance of the speed measurement system is good. By calculating the speed standard deviation, the accuracy of the speed measurement error can reach within 0.01m/s, and the accuracy of the speed measurement error can meet the requirements of vehicle calibration. The industrial computer touch screen based on WinCE system is selected as the control module of GPS speed measurement data. The program code is written on EVC platform, which can read and display the data in real time and make the display interface more beautiful. After the system is encapsulated, the related vehicle experiments are carried out. The experimental results show that the speed measurement error accuracy and the speed update rate of the velocity measurement system meet the requirements.
