基于GIS的高速公路路政管理信息系统的研究

【摘要】:高速公路是国家投入资金较大的重点基础设施,是一个国家或地区经济发展水平和社会进步的重要标志。而路政管理又是高速公路运营管理的重要组成部分。高速公路及其配套的设施均是国家财产,都要受到国家法律法规的保护,只有通过有效的路政管理工作,高速公路才可能处于良好的运营状态,,也只有这样,高速公路的经济效益和社会效益才有可能充分地体现出来。因此,高效可靠的路政信息管理系统对高速公路安全、可靠的运行起着重要的作用。 论文是以河南省新郑高速公路工程项目为背景,研究并开发了基于GIS的路政管理信息系统。论文在对工程项目进行了详细的需求分析后,结合ArcGIS以及Eclipse开发平台的可扩充性和可连接性的特点,设计并实现了路政巡查、巡查信息统计以及路政GIS数据管理各模块的功能。 基于GIS的高速公路路政管理系统设计与实现完成后,试运行正常。该系统能够方便、及时和用户交互,为用户提供了直观高效的管理界面,极大地提高了高速公路网络路政管理的效率。
[Abstract]:Expressway is an important infrastructure invested by the country and an important symbol of the level of economic development and social progress of a country or region. The highway management is an important part of the highway operation management. The expressway and its supporting facilities are state property and must be protected by state laws and regulations. Only through effective road administration, can the expressway be in a good operating state, and only in this way, The economic and social benefits of the expressway can be fully reflected. Therefore, efficient and reliable highway information management system plays an important role in the safe and reliable operation of highway. Based on the project of Xinzheng Expressway in Henan Province, this paper studies and develops a highway management information system based on GIS. Based on the detailed requirement analysis of the engineering project and the characteristics of extensibility and connectivity of ArcGIS and Eclipse development platform, the functions of the modules of highway inspection, inspection information statistics and highway GIS data management are designed and realized in this paper. After the design and implementation of highway administration system based on GIS, the trial operation is normal. The system is convenient, timely and interactive with users, which provides users with an intuitive and efficient management interface, and greatly improves the efficiency of highway administration on highway network.
