土地整治规划相关图件编制技术方法研究

【摘要】:土地整治是按照土地利用总体规划,对田、水、路、林、村综合整治,提高耕地质量,增加有效耕地面积,改善农业生产条件和生态环境的途径。土地整治规划在编制、审批和实施过程中均涉及大量图件、并需要实时进行更新,而ArcGIS因其强大的图形编辑和空间数据分析功能,正在越来越广泛的应用于土地规划设计之中。在具体的土地整治规划工作中,专题地图较其他表现形式更直观、表现力强、易于理解的优势,图件辅助规划文本和说明有着展示和指导作用,在公众参与度越来越高的环境下,专题图又集宣传和使用于一体,所以地图制作质量的好坏对土地整治规划有极大的影响。 本文利用XX市土地二次调查成果为实验数据,结合地图制图学和土地整治的相关理论知识,使用ArcGIS为软件平台,利用其地图符号设计功能,设计了满足土地整治规划要求各要素的符号库系统;并深入研究了制图功能中的注记功能,通过深入的研究及试验,制作的图件满足了土地整治规划中各项注记要求。 论文所做的工作如下: 1.在土地利用总体规划符号库基础上进行添加、删除和新建,利用ArcGIS自身携带符号库的优势,利用基础符号进行组合或添加在其他平台制作的符号图片等方式,制作了一套符合土地整治规程要求的符号库系统。在制作符号库进行各地类编码时,为了方便后期制图工作,首先将其国家土地二调地形图图式标准中地理要素分类及编码完全对应,达到在地物符号填充时通过地物属性码与相应的符号编码匹配能自动实现的目的。 2.根据项目区土地利用现状情况并结合实地调查数据,依据土地整治的相关理论评价各县(区)新增耕地的潜力大小。由于数据量较大,在研究了潜力大小的计算方法的基础上,利用visio studio2008开发了潜力测算工具。 3.在前期工作的基础上,基于ArcGIS软件,利用全国第二次土地调查成果制作了土地利用现状图,并根据不同的整治类型应用潜力评价计算出的新增耕地潜力,制作了专题地图。
[Abstract]:Land regulation is a way to improve the quality of cultivated land, increase the area of effective cultivated land, and improve agricultural production conditions and ecological environment according to the overall planning of land use, comprehensive regulation of fields, water, roads, forests and villages. Land regulation planning involves a large number of maps in the process of compilation, approval and implementation, and needs to be updated in real time. However, because of its powerful functions of graphic editing and spatial data analysis, ArcGIS is more and more widely used in land planning and design. In the specific land renovation planning work, thematic maps are more intuitive, more expressive and easier to understand than other forms of expression. The map-aided planning texts and instructions have the function of showing and guiding. In the environment of increasing public participation, thematic maps are integrated with publicity and use, so the quality of map making has a great impact on land regulation planning. In this paper, based on the experimental data of the secondary land survey in XX city and the related theoretical knowledge of cartography and land renovation, the paper uses ArcGIS as the software platform, and uses its map symbol design function. The symbol database system is designed to meet the requirements of land regulation planning, and the annotation function of the mapping function is deeply studied. Through in-depth study and experiment, the map can meet the requirements of all the notes in the land regulation planning. The work of the thesis is as follows: 1. Add, delete and build the symbol base on the land use master plan, make use of the advantage of the symbol library carried by ArcGIS itself, combine the basic symbol or add the symbol picture made on other platform, etc. A symbol library system that meets the requirements of land regulation regulations has been made. In order to facilitate the later cartographic work, the classification and coding of geographical elements in the national land topographic map schema standard are completely corresponding to each other. It can be realized automatically by matching the feature attribute code with the corresponding symbol code when the ground object symbol is filled. 2. According to the present situation of land use in the project area and the field investigation data, the potential of new cultivated land in each county (region) was evaluated according to the relevant theories of land regulation. Because of the large amount of data, based on the study of the calculation method of potential size, a potential measuring tool is developed by using visio studio2008. 3. On the basis of the previous work and based on ArcGIS software, the current land use map was made by using the results of the second land survey in China, and the thematic map was made according to the evaluation of the potential application of different regulation types to evaluate the potential of the new cultivated land.
