正交混频及数字解调的激光测距系统研究

【摘要】:激光测距技术以其非接触测量、基准光速溯源等特点,在各种测距技术中脱颖而出,近些年来在各领域中应用广泛。激光测距的方法又有多种,其中相位式激光测距法凭借其测程适中、测距精准,在室内、工程测距方面应用尤为广泛。传统的相位式测距方法采用二次混频法,结构较为复杂,正交混频方法的提出改进了这一缺点,再结合数字同步解调测相技术,,可以更进一步的简化整个测距系统。国外已经出现此类技术的测距仪,而国内这方面的研究还不多,因此,基于正交混频和数字同步解调的相位式激光测距仪的研究,具有很重要的价值。 本文首先介绍了激光测距技术的发展,阐述了几种常见的激光测距的方法原理及应用,重点介绍了相位式激光测距的系统结构和原理方法,然后就传统的技术方法提出了新的基于正交混频和数字同步解调相位式激光测距的系统机构,简单说明传统混频方法的基础上详细阐述了正交混频技术的原理以及测相算法。 本文的重点是数字解调,所以论文给出了单片机的简介,包括功能概述、开发平台介绍及单片机的初始化过程。详细给出了主程序设计的内容,包括数据采集处理模块和上位机串行接口接收程序设计,进行了程序仿真调试。用MATLAB对整个测相过程进行了仿真,结合仿真图像进行了分析说明。最后进行了误差分析,并对全文做出了总结和展望。
[Abstract]:Laser ranging technology has been widely used in various fields in recent years because of its characteristics of non-contact measurement and reference light speed tracing. There are many kinds of laser ranging methods, among which the phase laser ranging method is widely used in indoor and engineering ranging because of its moderate measurement procedure and accurate ranging. The traditional phase ranging method uses the secondary mixing method, the structure is more complex, the orthogonal mixing method improves this shortcoming, and the digital synchronous demodulation and phase measurement technology can further simplify the whole ranging system. There have been many researches in this field in our country, so the research of phase laser rangefinder based on quadrature mixing and digital synchronous demodulation is of great value. This paper first introduces the development of laser ranging technology, expounds the principle and application of several common laser ranging methods, especially introduces the system structure and principle method of phase laser ranging. Then a new phase laser ranging mechanism based on quadrature mixing and digital synchronous demodulation is proposed. The principle of orthogonal mixing and phase measurement algorithm are described in detail on the basis of the traditional mixing method. The emphasis of this paper is digital demodulation, so the paper gives a brief introduction of MCU, including the introduction of function, the introduction of development platform and the initialization process of MCU. The contents of the main program design are given in detail, including the design of the data acquisition and processing module and the receiving program of the serial interface of the host computer, and the simulation and debugging of the program are carried out. The whole phase measurement process is simulated by MATLAB, and the simulation image is analyzed. Finally, error analysis is carried out, and the full text is summarized and prospected.
