摘要：

“数字地球”“智慧城市”构想的实施，把人们带入了空间信息时代，从而对测绘技术提出更高的要求。因此，高校对本科专业GPS应加大实践教学力度，建立完善的实践教学体系，切实强化实践教学意识，把教学目标从重知识传授转移到重能力培养的轨道上来。本文首先对测绘工程专业本科实践教学改革进行一些探讨，，进而对应用型工程技术人才培养新模式提出参考意见。

Abstract： 

Implementation of“Digital Earth” and “Intelligent City” brings people into the spatial information world , which requires higher standard for surveying and mapping technology .Therefore the university should pay more attention to the practice of GPS , es-tablish complete practice teaching system , enforce the practice teaching awareness , transfer the teaching objective from the knowledge imparting to ability nurturing .The paper discusses the reformation of practice teaching in the major of surveying and mapping engineer -ing and puts forward suggestions on the cultivation mode of application talents .
