燃气管网地理信息管理系统研究与开发

【摘要】:燃气管网是城市现代化基础建设的重要设施,城市的繁荣离不开安全可靠、质量优良的燃气管网系统的支持。科学合理的燃气管网规划与负荷的预测是保证网络系统稳定运行的重要保障。近几年来,随着我国社会经济迅速的发展,中小城市面积的不断扩展,而国民经济、社会发展和人民的生活用气需求增加对其燃气管网的建设提出了更高的要求,尤其是像一些起步较晚的城市,其薄弱的管网基础已经不能满足人们日益增长的用气需要。必须通过对燃气管网的优化改造才能满足城市的用气需求,而准确的城市用气负荷预测与科学合理的网络规划是燃气管网优化改造的重要工作。通过采用基于GIS技术的MapInfo、MapXtreme、ArcGIS等空间数据库软件开发燃气管网规划辅助功能,已经具备了成熟的理论和技术支持,在燃气管网规划及管理领域中具有很好的应用前景。 本文中的研究结果总结如下:(1)一个区域性燃气管网规划管理信息系统的设计,该设计旨在实现对燃气管网的简单规划和管理功能。使用ArcEngine作为二次开发的工具,借助GIS可视化技术和图形属性一体化管理为燃气管网规划管理提供帮助,系统实现的主要功能是:管网路线的选择、燃气管线对应属性数据的查询等,所有的这些功能都将成为燃气管网规划管理科学合理的重要保障。(2)天然气管道网络管理系统的设计和实施。主要工作包括:①设计并实现了自动映射功能。数据可以内外测量,检验和仓储,并自动生成图形数据的管网后,建立拓扑关系管网络管理和分析;②实现的横剖视图的形式的横截面的分析,体现任何部分的地下管道网络设备实体关系,方便用户直观的观察目标在三维空间中的位置关系;③事件处理子系统与事故分析和修复的开发,大大改善了燃气管理企业调度和维护工作效率较低的局面。(3)在WinForm的技术支持下,,开发和完成了一个高速浏览的基于地图的天然气管道网络的信息管理系统。
[Abstract]:Gas pipeline network is an important facility for urban modernization. The prosperity of the city can not be separated from the support of safe and reliable gas pipe network system. The scientific and rational gas network planning and load forecasting are the important guarantee for the stable operation of the network system. In recent years, with the rapid development of our social economy and the small and medium-sized social and economic development in recent years The urban area is expanding continuously, while the national economy, the social development and the increasing demand for the people's living gas have put forward higher requirements for the construction of gas pipeline network, especially in some cities which have started late. The weak network foundation of the gas network is unable to meet the increasing demand for gas consumption. In order to satisfy the demand of urban gas consumption, accurate urban gas load forecasting and scientific and rational network planning are the important work of optimization and transformation of gas network. By using the MapInfo, MapXtreme, ArcGIS and other spatial database software based on GIS technology to develop the auxiliary function of gas pipeline network planning, it has already possessed mature theory and technology. Operation support has a good application prospect in the field of gas pipeline network planning and management.
The research results in this paper are summarized as follows: (1) the design of a regional gas pipeline network planning and management information system is designed to realize the simple planning and management function of gas network. Using ArcEngine as a tool for the two development, the integrated management of GIS visualization technology and graphical attributes for gas network planning and management is proposed. For help, the main functions of the system are: the selection of the pipe network route, the query of the gas pipeline corresponding to the attribute data and so on. All these functions will be the important guarantee of the science and management of gas pipeline network planning and management. (2) the design and implementation of the natural gas pipeline network management system. The main work includes: 1. After the data can be measured, checked, stored, and automatically generated the network of graphic data, the network management and analysis of the topology relationship pipe network are established. The analysis of the cross section in the form of the transverse section view, which embodies the entity system of any part of the underground pipeline network, facilitates the user's visual observation of the object in the three-dimensional space. The position relationship in the system and the development of event processing subsystem and accident analysis and repair have greatly improved the low efficiency of scheduling and maintenance of gas management enterprises. (3) under the support of WinForm technology, a high speed map based information management system for natural gas pipeline network is developed and completed.
