南京市园林GIS数据管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:为了提高园林绿化管理效率,地理信息系统技术近来逐渐被引入到我国城市园林绿化信息化建设当中,借助新型GIS技术,新型的城市园林绿化系统能够及时、准确地获取城市绿化现状,及时准确的把握园林变动情况,从而实现城市园林绿化的动态监测与管理;另一方面,通过强大的空间分析算法,如空间缓冲分析、叠加分析等,可以实现城市园林绿化科学的规划与布局,为科学发展园林绿化事业打下坚实基础。 目前我国已有部分地区投资建设了园林GIS系统,在一定程度上提升了各地区的管理效率,但是由于地域的差异性,这些系统的设计方法并不能满足南京园林管理的需求;同时这些系统普遍存在信息孤岛的问题,系统是封闭的,对其它系统不开放,导致花了很多财力、人力建设的系统无法充分的利用。本文借鉴了这些已建成的系统,同时,借助ESRI公司的ArcGIS平台以及微软公司的.NET平台提供的最新技术,针对南京园林的特点,设计实现了一个南京市园林GIS管理系统,,该系统能够满足园林管理人员大部分日常管理工作的需要,同时借助WebService技术,为系统设计了对外服务的接口,从而将新建的系统共享给其它需要园林绿地信息的系统,使得普查的数据以及新建的系统得到充分利用。 本文在研究了城市园林行业设施对象分类后,讨论了城市园林的设施分类,并设计实现了适合城市园林的GIS空间数据库,在园林GIS空间数据库的基础上,结合南京市园林的特定情况,实现了园林绿地数据的统计、分析、查询、定位以及指标计算等操作,主要涉及如下内容: (1)根据国家城市园林行业相关标准,结合城市园林的业务逻辑,对城市园林绿化数据进行分类,并借鉴国家编码标准,为园林绿化数据进行编码,为设计园林GIS空间数据库做好准备; (2)针对城市园林的业务管理进行需求分析,并借助GIS二次开发工具ArcEngine,实现南京市园林GIS数据管理系统,实现了园林绿化设施数据的高效管理; (3)由于新建的园林GIS管理系统是孤立的,其它系统无法访问,为了解决系统信息孤岛的问题,本文借助WebService技术给出了园林GIS管理系统与其它系统共享信息的解决方案。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the efficiency of landscape management, GIS technology has been gradually introduced into the construction of urban landscape information system in China recently. With the help of new GIS technology, the new type of urban landscaping system can be timely. Obtain the present situation of urban greening accurately, grasp the landscape change situation in time and accurately, thus realize the dynamic monitoring and management of urban landscaping; on the other hand, through powerful spatial analysis algorithms, such as spatial buffer analysis, superposition analysis, etc. It can realize the scientific planning and layout of urban garden greening and lay a solid foundation for the scientific development of garden greening. At present, some areas in China have invested in the construction of garden GIS system, to a certain extent, the management efficiency of each region has been improved, but because of the regional differences, the design methods of these systems can not meet the needs of Nanjing garden management. At the same time, these systems generally exist the problem of isolated information islands, the system is closed, not open to other systems, resulting in spending a lot of financial resources, manpower construction system can not be fully utilized. This paper draws lessons from these completed systems, at the same time, with the help of the latest technology provided by the ArcGIS platform of ESRI Company and the .NET platform of Microsoft Company, and aiming at the characteristics of Nanjing Gardens, designs and implements a Nanjing Garden GIS Management system. The system can meet the needs of most of the daily management work of the garden managers. At the same time, with the help of WebService technology, the external service interface is designed for the system, so that the newly built system can be shared with other systems which need the green space information of the garden. Make full use of census data and new systems. After studying the classification of facilities in urban garden industry, this paper discusses the classification of urban garden facilities, and designs and implements the GIS spatial database suitable for urban garden. Based on the spatial database of garden GIS, Combined with the specific situation of Nanjing garden, the operation of statistics, analysis, query, positioning and index calculation of garden green space data is realized. The main contents are as follows: 1) according to the relevant standards of national urban garden industry and the business logic of urban garden, the data of urban landscaping are classified, and the national coding standard is used for reference to encode the data of landscaping. To prepare for the design of garden GIS spatial database; (2) based on the requirement analysis of urban garden business management, and with the aid of GIS secondary development tool Arc engineer, the Nanjing garden GIS data management system is realized, and the efficient management of garden greening facility data is realized. 3) because the newly built garden GIS management system is isolated, other systems can not be accessed. In order to solve the problem of isolated island of system information, this paper gives a solution of sharing information between garden GIS management system and other systems with the help of WebService technology.
