赣州市地下综合管线信息系统设计与实现

【摘要】:城市地下管线是城市基础设施的重要组成部分,对现代化城市建设和城市经济发展起着重要作用,被誉为城市的“生命线”。近年来,随着赣州城市发展步伐的不断加快,城市地下空间的开发力度不断加强,管线敷设的数量和长度也随着城市建设的变化而处于不断增多及更新状态,管线管理难度也在不断增大。由于管线信息管理不完善,造成施工失误,挖坏或挖断地下管线的现象经常发生,给人们的正常社会工作和生活造成诸多不便。因此,如何对城市地下管线进行高效的统一管理将显得非常重要。现阶段,已经有很多城市建立了城市地下管线信息系统,而赣州城市地下管线信息化管理还处于初级发展阶段,为此本文对赣州市地下综合管线信息系统进行了设计与开发。 本文以赣州市地下管线探测及信息化建设项目为依托,在现有地下管线探测成果基础上,首先分析了赣州市地下综合管线信息系统的实际需求和业务流程,对系统进行了总体设计和功能模块的设计,然后在参照与地下管线信息化建设相关的规范和标准基础上,,根据赣州市地下管线的特点,对赣州市地下综合管线的分类、分层与编码进行了定义,建立了统一地管线数据标准;最后系统选用Oracle11g企业版作为系统数据库,利用C#开发语言和ArcGIS Engine组件在.Net开发环境下对系统进行开发,系统包括地下管线综合应用、地下管线空间数据管理和地下管线系统管理三个子系统,实现了对管线数据的编辑、查询、统计、空间分析、数据监理查错、数据入库、数据输出等功能。
[Abstract]:Urban underground pipeline is an important part of urban infrastructure, which plays an important role in modern urban construction and urban economic development, and is known as the "lifeline" of the city. In recent years, with the accelerating pace of urban development in Ganzhou, the development of urban underground space has been strengthened, and the number and length of pipeline laying has been increasing and updating with the change of urban construction. Pipeline management is also increasing difficulty. Because the pipeline information management is not perfect, the construction is wrong, the phenomenon of digging or breaking the underground pipeline often occurs, which causes many inconvenience to people's normal social work and life. Therefore, how to carry on the high-efficient unified management to the city underground pipeline will be very important. At present, many cities have established the underground pipeline information system, but Ganzhou city underground pipeline information management is still in the primary stage of development, so this paper designs and develops the Ganzhou underground pipeline information system. Based on the project of underground pipeline detection and information construction in Ganzhou city, this paper first analyzes the actual demand and business process of the underground pipeline information system in Ganzhou city, based on the existing underground pipeline detection results. The system is designed as a whole and the function module is designed. Then, according to the characteristics of the underground pipeline in Ganzhou city, the author classifies the underground comprehensive pipeline in Ganzhou city, referring to the relevant norms and standards related to the information construction of underground pipeline, and according to the characteristics of the underground pipeline in Ganzhou City. Stratification and coding are defined and unified pipeline data standard is established. Finally, Oracle11g Enterprise Edition is selected as the database of the system, and the system is developed by using C # development language and ArcGIS Engine component in the. Net development environment. The system includes three subsystems: underground pipeline comprehensive application, underground pipeline spatial data management and underground pipeline system management. Data output and other functions.
