基于ArcGis的江西省水灾预报系统设计与实现

【摘要】:伴随着农村的城市化发展,雨灾洪水对市镇和乡村的影响越来越严重。在我国和外国,城市里洪灾则多有发生。随着社会经济的进步以及GlobeWorming(全球变暖)导致的气候事故越加频繁起来。雨水造成的城市中断与交通堵塞、房屋塌方、电力供应中断、在地底下的进水影响越发明显。强化水情相关技术的研究,完成对气象雨情的监测和信息化建设,利用现在的信息科技对未来可能发生的情况进行预警,以指导现实生活中的政府和群众的行政决策或个人对策,这对减少城镇洪水所带来的人员和财产损失以及保护社会和全民经济的有序发展意义重大,也是非常必要和迫不及待的。 WebGIS整合了计算机网络以及GIS技术,有很好的分析与管理作用,其图形化的直观显示效果,结合一定的算法和业务逻辑,可以将已发生的情况和将来可能的演变结果形象化地输出,使得用户能在第一时间掌握目标情况,WEBGIS因其多方面的优越性,使用范围慢慢变得广泛了。本课题通过对江西省雨水情数据信息的研究,确定了合适的平台和结构等,以Windows Server+ArcGISServer为开发平台,Visua1C#为开发语言,Visual Studio2010为开发工具,SQL server作后台数据库的强大组合技术进行系统的整个研发。 本文深入剖析了系统开发平台ArcGIS服务器结构,,讨论了ArcGISServer的内在结构、开发服务器对象的技术,为建构系统打好了坚实的技术基础。最终在ArcGISServer平台上建立了江西省雨情设计需要的预报系统,本中主要讲述了本应用的数据库设计、总体结构设计以及部分的编码实现和最终的测试过程等,并研究探讨了洪水仿真模型,这是相应模块的理论基础。 论文的主要工作是介绍了江西省雨水情近年的情况,并作了深入分析,在这个基础上设计了江西省雨水情WebGIS系统的总体结构,规划了空间数据和属性数据的存储,并完成了系统的开发,提出了在当前江西省雨水情的分析监测和发布因种种条件限制不及时的问题,实现了一个有针对性的应用系统,自动管理测站的数据,进行分析得出结论,为最终的预报建立了基础,为决策提供了指导依据。最后对系统未来的可扩展性作了展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization in rural areas, the effects of rain and flood on towns and villages are becoming more and more serious. In our country and in foreign countries, urban flooding is more common. With socio-economic progress and climate accidents caused by Globe Worming, more frequent. Rain Water caused urban disruptions and traffic jams, housing collapses, power supply disruptions, and the effect of underground water on the water was even more pronounced. Strengthen the research on hydrologic related technologies, complete the monitoring and information construction of meteorological rain conditions, and use the current information technology to give early warning of possible future situations. In order to guide the real life of the government and the masses of administrative decisions or personal countermeasures, this is of great significance to reduce the loss of people and property caused by urban floods and to protect the orderly development of society and the economy of the whole people. Is also very necessary and impatient. WebGIS integrates the computer network and GIS technology, has the very good analysis and the management function, its graphical visual display effect, unifies the certain algorithm and the service logic, It is possible to visualize the situation that has occurred and the possible evolution in the future, so that the user can grasp the target situation in the first time. Because of its advantages in many aspects, WEBGIS has gradually become more and more widely used. Based on the study of the Rain Water data in Jiangxi Province, the suitable platform and structure are determined. Taking Windows Server ArcGISServer as the development platform, Visual 1C# is used as the development language and visual Studio2010 as the development tool for the powerful combination technology of SQL server as the backstage database to carry on the whole research and development of the system. This paper deeply analyzes the structure of ArcGIS server, discusses the inherent structure of ArcGISServer and the technology of developing server object, which lays a solid technical foundation for the construction of the system. Finally, the forecast system of the rain situation design in Jiangxi Province is established on the ArcGISServer platform. This paper mainly describes the database design of this application, the overall structure design, part of the coding implementation and the final testing process, etc. The flood simulation model is studied and discussed, which is the theoretical basis of the corresponding module. The main work of this paper is to introduce the situation of Rain Water in Jiangxi Province in recent years, and make a deep analysis. On this basis, the overall structure of Rain Water WebGIS system in Jiangxi Province is designed, and the storage of spatial data and attribute data is planned. The development of the system is completed, and the problems of analyzing, monitoring and releasing the Rain Water situation in Jiangxi province are put forward, which are not timely due to various conditions, and a targeted application system is realized, which can automatically manage the data of the survey station. The conclusion is established for the final forecast and the basis for decision-making is provided. Finally, the future expansibility of the system is prospected.
