基于WebGIS的雷电探测数据网络发布系统设计与开发研究

【摘要】:雷电是一种常见的天气现象,是大气中带电体的瞬间放电过程,同时伴随着声和光的出现。同其它的自然现象相比,雷电具有发生时间短、影响范围广、破坏性强等特点,为此,我们需要加强对雷电的监测和管理分析,在分析历史雷电的基础上为包括水利工程在内的重大工程活动提供有价值的参考数据和决策支持。 而传统的地理信息系统多是使用客户端/服务器端模式建立起来的应用程序,这种模式的系统专业性强、功能强大、操作的专业化程度高、安全性和稳定性高,凭借着这些优点,在过去的一段时间里,这种地理信息系统取得了广泛的应用,但是随着互联网技术的发展和用户对于分布式操作的需求的增长,如何将互联网技术和地理信息技术结合起来,开发一种既有桌面地理信息系统优点又能满足用户对分布式操作、降低使用成本的需求的系统就成为一个新的研究方向。 本文将WebGIS系统应用在雷电信息的管理上面,既能满足一般的雷电灾害预防网站的功能需求,又能使用户方便的操作与雷电相关的空间数据。本文首先介绍了雷电相关的知识和开发WebGIS(基于ArcGIS Server)系统所需要的技术,,然后根据课题的需求分析出了本系统与其它系统的关系、系统所具备的功能模块以及各个模块的设计开发方案、根据系统所用到的雷电数据的特点设计并采用合理的数据模型和数据结构,确定了系统开发的方法,最后通过系统在应用实例中的使用验证了系统的稳定性、安全性以及在雷电探测数据(包括空间数据和属性数据)管理方面具有的优点,系统能够很好的把分散在不同地区和站点的雷电信息组织管理起来,进行网络的发布,为广大用户提供数据支持。
[Abstract]:Lightning is a common weather phenomenon, which is a transient discharge process of charged body in the atmosphere, accompanied by the appearance of sound and light. Compared with other natural phenomena, lightning has the characteristics of short time, wide range of influence and strong destructive. Therefore, we need to strengthen the monitoring and management analysis of lightning. Based on the analysis of historical lightning, valuable reference data and decision support are provided for important engineering activities, including water conservancy projects. But the traditional GIS is the application program which is established by the client / server mode. The system of this kind of mode is professional, powerful, specialized in operation, high in security and stability. With these advantages, this kind of geographic information system has been widely used in the past, but with the development of Internet technology and the increase of users' demand for distributed operation, How to combine Internet technology with geographic information technology to develop a system which can meet the needs of distributed operation and reduce the cost of using desktop GIS has become a new research direction. In this paper, the WebGIS system is applied to the management of lightning information, which can not only meet the functional requirements of the general lightning disaster prevention website, but also enable users to operate the lightning related spatial data conveniently. This paper first introduces the related knowledge of lightning and the technology needed to develop WebGIS (ArcGIS Server based) system, and then analyzes the relationship between the system and other systems according to the requirements of the subject. The functional modules and the design and development schemes of each module are designed according to the characteristics of the lightning data used in the system and the reasonable data model and data structure are adopted to determine the method of system development. Finally, the stability, security and management of lightning detection data (including spatial data and attribute data) are verified by the application examples of the system. The system can organize and manage the lightning information scattered in different areas and sites, publish the network, and provide data support for the majority of users.
