应用型本科院校地理信息科学专业技能型人才培养模式研究

【摘要】：在地方本科院校逐渐向应用技术大学转型的背景下,本文对如何构建与应用技能型人才培养相适应的人才培养模式进行了研究探讨。首先分析了应用技术型大学建设的必要性及其对人才培养的总体要求;以应用技术型院校"地理信息科学专业"为例,探讨了其专业内涵、专业背景,以及相关行业对该专业人才大量需求的现状,明确了应用本科院校中地理信息科学专业的人才培养目标,提出了技能型人才培养方案的制定原则;在相关原则和培养目标的约束下,构建了技能型人才培养的课程体系;最后详细分析了该课程体系的特点、课程之间的逻辑联系,以及各主要课程和相应培养目标之间的关系,充分论证了本文所提出的培养模式的科学性与合理性。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the transformation from local undergraduate colleges to applied technology universities, this paper discusses how to construct a talent training model suitable for the cultivation of applied technical talents. This paper first analyzes the necessity of the construction of applied technology universities and their overall requirements for the cultivation of talents, taking the specialty of geographical information science in applied technology colleges as an example, discusses the connotation and background of its specialty. As well as the current situation of the large demand for talents in the relevant industries, this paper clarifies the training objectives of the geographical information science major in the applied undergraduate colleges, and puts forward the formulation principles of the technical talents training scheme. Under the restriction of relevant principles and training objectives, the curriculum system of the cultivation of skilled talents is constructed. Finally, the characteristics of the curriculum system, the logical relationship between the courses, and the relationship between the main courses and the corresponding training objectives are analyzed in detail. This paper fully demonstrates the scientific nature and rationality of the training model proposed in this paper.
