基于GIS的成都电业局客户服务系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:电力客户服务是供电企业联结用户的纽带,在整个供电企业中起着至关重要的作用。电力系统电气接线复杂,动态变化频繁,线路和客户分布广,如何更好地为客户服务是电力企业的一个重要课题。借助地理信息系统的空间数据库技术,可以形象地反映客户和电气设备的地理位置,将电网和客户的信息与反映地理位置的图形信息结合在一起,能够很好的提高电力客户服务的反映速度和服务质量。 本文从实际应用出发,将供电企业的多种客户服务项目与地理图形信息进行有机结合,实现了客户和设备信息的便捷管理,提高了客户查询的速度和准确度,并且提供给客户服务人员详细的地图信息支持,便于查找,提升了客户的服务水平和质量。将地理图形信息与业扩报装结合起来,设计了业扩报装辅助决策模块,由计算机系统根据客户的供电需求为客户提供供电解决方案,提高了方案决策的快速性和准确度,同时客服人员能够在地图上直观清晰地看到供电路径,缩短了客服时间,提高了客服效率,并且该模块还实现了操作票、工作票管理,提高了供电实施的安全性和准确度。系统将地理图形信息和电费管理系统结合起来,建立真实电网拓扑连接图,实现供电部门对电力线路运行的监视以及停电的管理,同时辅助停电方案的生成,能够帮助确定最佳的抢修路线,统计决策可以帮助预测故障以及给出纠正对策。 论文从成都电业局电力客户服务的现状出发,围绕基于GIS的电力客户服务系统这一课题进行研究,基于一体化研究需求,在地理信息系统软件平台的基础之上实现了设备及客户管理、业扩报装、电费管理等功能设计,通过发挥GIS平台优势,为电力企业适应市场经济、提高服务质量、树立企业形象,为智能电网各类业务应用提供支持,从而为提高企业的经济效益起到了重要的作用。 本文对电力客户服务系统进行了实现的效果展示和系统测试,系统很好的完成了项目设计时所制定的各项系统功能,满足了成都市电力客户的各项功能需求,实现了GIS平台下的业扩报装处理和电费管理等业务。通过系统测试检验了系统的性能,从而使系统更趋合理和高效。 最后对系统的应用和发展进行了总结和展望,为电力客户服务提出了更进一步的要求和希望。客户服务是一项复杂性工程,在未来的工作中,需要进一步探索和细化,为提升电网的效率和质量,,建设更加可靠的电力服务系统而努力工作。
[Abstract]:Power customer service is the connection of power supply enterprises, and plays a vital role in the whole power supply enterprises. The electrical connection of power system is complex, dynamic changes frequently, and the distribution of lines and customers is wide. How to better serve customers is an important subject of electric power enterprises. With the help of the spatial database technology of GIS, the geographic location of customers and electrical equipment can be vividly reflected, and the information of power grid and customers can be combined with the graphic information reflecting geographical location. Can improve the power customer service response speed and quality of service. Based on the practical application, this paper organically combines various customer service items with geographic graphic information in power supply enterprises, realizes the convenient management of customer and equipment information, and improves the speed and accuracy of customer inquiry. And provide detailed map information support to customer service personnel, easy to find, improve customer service level and quality. Combining the geographic graphic information with the business expansion package, the auxiliary decision making module is designed. The computer system provides the power supply solution for the customer according to the customer's power supply demand, and improves the speed and accuracy of the scheme decision. At the same time, the customer service personnel can see the power supply path intuitively and clearly on the map, shorten the customer service time, improve the customer service efficiency, and the module also realizes the operation ticket and work ticket management, and improves the security and accuracy of the power supply implementation. The system combines the geographic graphic information with the electric power management system, establishes the real network topology connection diagram, realizes the power supply department to monitor the power line operation and the management of the power outage, and at the same time assists the generation of the blackout scheme. It can help to determine the best repair route, statistical decision can help to predict failures and give corrective measures. Based on the current situation of electric customer service in Chengdu Electric Power Bureau, this paper focuses on the research of electric power customer service system based on GIS, which is based on the need of integrated research. On the basis of GIS software platform, the function design of equipment and customer management, industry expansion, electricity management and so on is realized. By taking advantage of GIS platform, electric power enterprises can adapt to market economy and improve service quality. Setting up enterprise image and providing support for all kinds of business application of smart grid play an important role in improving the economic benefit of enterprises. In this paper, the effect of the power customer service system is demonstrated and the system is tested. The system completes all the system functions when the project is designed, and meets the needs of the power customers in Chengdu. The service of expanding newspaper processing and electricity charge management based on GIS platform is realized. The performance of the system is tested by system test, which makes the system more reasonable and efficient. Finally, the application and development of the system are summarized and prospected, and further requirements and hopes for electric power customer service are put forward. Customer service is a complex project. In the future, it needs to be further explored and refined to improve the efficiency and quality of power grid and to build a more reliable power service system.
