人防地理信息系统设计与实现

【摘要】:人防地理信息系统(人防GIS)是GIS技术在人防领域的应用拓展,它既体现了人防系统的“两防一体化”任务需求,同时也是人防工作信息化管理的体现。虽然目前已建立一些人防GIS,但是与实际应用还存在一些差距,难以满足人防部门的实际需求,以此为研究背景,本文的研究内容包括: 1、对国内外人防GIS进行分析,指出目前人防GIS在指挥控制与辅助决策方面存在的不足,明确下一步开发的方法与思路。同时结合某城市人防办公室的实际需求,完成系统需求分析和相关设计,,确定系统的总体设计原则和设计目标。 2、在分析用户已有成果的基础上,设计了空间数据组织的编码规则、数据格式和内容选择的方式,对专题数据库进行了编码设计。 3、提出了基于角色访问控制的用户权限管理技术,实现了用户角色与权限的统一管理,确保了数据安全性、完整性和权威性。 4、改进了图库关联技术,提出了通过关键词和数据库表格进行对应的方法,解决了空间几何数据与专题属性数据必须要一一对应的模式,实现了图库一体化管理。 5、利用VC++语言和Oracle数据库实现了人防地理信息原型系统。
[Abstract]:Civil Air Defense Geographic Information system (GIS) is the application of GIS technology in the field of civil air defense. It not only embodies the task of "two air defense integration" of civil air defense system, but also reflects the information management of civil air defense work. Although some civil air defense GIS have been established, but there are still some gaps with the actual application, it is difficult to meet the actual needs of civil air defense departments. The research content of this paper includes: 1, the analysis of civil air defense GIS at home and abroad, This paper points out the deficiency in command and control and auxiliary decision of civil air defense GIS at present, and clarifies the method and train of thought for further development. At the same time, according to the actual needs of a city's civil air defense office, the system requirement analysis and related design are completed, and the overall design principles and design objectives of the system are determined. 2. On the basis of analyzing the existing results of the users, The encoding rules, data format and content selection of spatial data organization are designed, and the coding design of thematic database is given. 3. The user rights management technology based on role access control is proposed. The unified management of user roles and permissions is realized, and the data security, integrity and authoritativeness are ensured. 4. The technology of map database association is improved, and the corresponding method through keywords and database tables is put forward. This paper solves the pattern that spatial geometric data and thematic attribute data must correspond one to one, and realizes the integrated management of map library. 5. The prototype system of civil air defense geographic information is realized by using VC language and Oracle database.
