基于GIS的延安市吴起县耕地后备资源开发潜力评价

【摘要】：21世纪，随着人口迅猛增长和社会经济发展，在人类面临的众多危机中，粮食危机对于人口第一大国的中国显得尤为明显，人地矛盾日益突出。耕地后备资源的开发是解决人地矛盾的一个重要途径，有助于社会经济生活的可持续发展，是贯彻和实践科学发展观的重要体现。耕地对于保障国家粮食安全和社会稳定发展具有战略意义，而耕地后备资源作为耕地的重要补充来源，对其进行开发于国民经济稳定发展具有重大的现实意义。 本文在研究分析了耕地后备资源及其开发潜力的基础上，讨论了耕地后备资源开发潜力评价的理论基础及其评价体系的建立。以陕西省延安市吴起县为例，对现有的耕地资源进行分析后，，利用特尔菲法和层次分析法相结合的方法综合确定了坡度、坡向、土层厚度、水源、交通便捷程度和居民点等6个参评因子并确定其权重，运用ArcGIS软件的空间分析、缓冲区分析、叠加分析等分析方法对吴起县耕地后备资源开发潜力进行分析评价，对各参评因子分等赋值，最后再利用综合指数法进行综合评价分析，从而构建多因素综合评价指标模型，分析得出研究区的耕地后备资源的数量、质量以及空间分布格局，对全县可供开发的耕地后备资源分为近期开发、中期开发、远期开发三个级别。为调整和优化土地利用结构，制定合理的土地开发利用规划提供了科学的理论基础和参考依据。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, with the rapid growth of population and the development of social economy, among the many crises facing mankind, the food crisis is especially obvious for China, which has the largest population, and the contradiction between man and land is becoming more and more prominent. The development of cultivated land reserve resources is an important way to solve the contradiction between man and land, is conducive to the sustainable development of social and economic life, and is an important embodiment of carrying out and practicing the scientific concept of development. Cultivated land is of strategic significance for ensuring national food security and social stability. As an important supplementary source of cultivated land, it is of great practical significance to develop cultivated land reserve resources in the stable development of national economy. Based on the study and analysis of the cultivated land reserve resources and their exploitation potential, this paper discusses the theoretical basis and the establishment of the evaluation system of the cultivated land reserve resources development potential. Taking Wuqi County, Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province as an example, after analyzing the existing cultivated land resources, the slope, slope direction, soil layer thickness and water source are determined synthetically by the combination of Delphi method and Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method. Six factors, such as traffic convenience and residential area, are evaluated and their weights are determined. By using the spatial analysis, buffer analysis and superposition analysis of ArcGIS software, the potential development potential of cultivated land reserve resources in Wuqi County is analyzed and evaluated. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation analysis is carried out by using the comprehensive index method to construct the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation index model, and the quantity, quality and spatial distribution pattern of the cultivated land reserve resources in the study area are obtained. The reserve resources of cultivated land available for development in the whole county are divided into three levels: short-term development, medium-term development and long-term development. It provides a scientific theoretical basis and reference basis for adjusting and optimizing the land use structure and making rational land development and utilization planning.
