基于ArcGIS9.3的南昌城区交通地理信息系统研究

【摘要】:城市化进程的加快和机动车保有量的快速增长,使南昌城市的交通拥堵日趋严重。本文提出的建立南昌城区交通地理信息系统平台,能有效地整合城市智能交通管理系统信息数据资源、评价现状城市路网的交通服务水平、适时地反馈城市交通治理措施的效果、向交通参与者发布交通运行信息,为政府决策、城市交通规划、交通管理部门提供高效的信息服务平台,进而起到有效缓解交通拥堵的作用。 本文根据交通地理信息系统的应用功能模块设计了系统的框架结构,并制定了系统的开发原则与流程。建立交通信息地理系统数据库是开发南昌城区的交通地理信息系统平台最重要和最基础的工作,系统数据库需要对不同子系统所采集的数据进行处理,以实现交通信息数据共享与动态更新的功能。在将南昌市的地理特征与道路基础设施现状等交通地理信息系统数据进行处理后建立了交通数据集,并通过创建拓扑规则与几何网络,完成了南昌城区交通地理信息系统空间数据库Geodatabase模型的建立。在空间数据库模型的支持下,构建了南昌城区的交通地理信息系统,目前该系统的主要功能有:南昌城区地图显示、图层管理、南昌地理数据查询、交通信息数据分析、南昌地图三维可视化、地图制图以及地图打印与导出等。南昌城区交通地理信息系统的建立,可以有效地对交通信息数据进行处理分析,,适时反映城市交通运行状况,为交通管理部门决策提供科学辅助,解决城市综合交通问题。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid growth of motor vehicle ownership, traffic congestion in Nanchang is becoming more and more serious. The establishment of traffic geographic information system platform for Nanchang urban area proposed in this paper can effectively integrate the information and data resources of urban intelligent traffic management system, evaluate the traffic service level of urban road network, and timely feedback the city. The results of urban traffic control measures can release traffic operation information to traffic participants, and provide efficient information service platform for government decision-making, urban traffic planning and traffic management departments, thus effectively alleviating traffic congestion.
This paper designs the frame structure of the system according to the application function module of the traffic geographic information system, and formulates the development principle and process of the system.Establishing the database of the traffic information geographic system is the most important and basic work for developing the traffic geographic information system platform of Nanchang urban area.The database of the system needs different subsystems. The collected data are processed to realize the function of data sharing and dynamic updating of traffic information. The traffic data set is established after processing the traffic geographic information system data such as the geographical characteristics of Nanchang city and the status of road infrastructure, and the traffic geographic information of Nanchang city is completed by creating topological rules and geometric network. Based on the spatial database model, the traffic geographic information system of Nanchang city is constructed. At present, the main functions of the system are: map display, layer management, geographical data query, traffic information data analysis, three-dimensional visualization of Nanchang map, map mapping. The establishment of Nanchang City Traffic Geographic Information System can effectively process and analyze traffic information data, timely reflect the operation of urban traffic, provide scientific assistance for traffic management departments in decision-making, and solve urban comprehensive traffic problems.
