地理信息系统在重金属污染研究中的应用

【摘要】：地理信息系统(geographic information systems,GIS)已成为公共卫生领域中的一个创新和重要的研究方法,是一个集采集、存取、传输、检索、分析和展示空间数据(或信息)于一体的计算机系统。由于GIS的实用性和灵活性,由GIS生成的动态数据库可以管理来自不同数据源的信息,分析环境相关疾病的时间、空间相关性。GIS也被越来越多地用于监视、分析和模拟重金属在环境中的迁移和对人群健康的影响。本文综述GIS在重金属污染及其健康影响的监测和分析中的一些成功案例,对GIS在重金属污染源的探索、重金属污染风险的评估、重金属致癌效应和非致癌效应的研究等方面的应用进行简述,以期为GIS在重金属污染研究中被更广泛地应用提供依据。
[Abstract]:Geographic Information Systems (GIS) has become an innovative and important research method in the field of public health. It is a computer system that integrates collection, access, transmission, retrieval, analysis and display of spatial data (or information). Because of the practicability and flexibility of GIS, the dynamic database generated by GIS can be used. GIS is also increasingly used to monitor, analyze and simulate the migration of heavy metals in the environment and their impact on human health. This paper reviews some successful cases of monitoring and analysis of heavy metal pollution and its health impacts in GIS. The application of S in the exploration of heavy metal pollution sources, the assessment of heavy metal pollution risks, the study of carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic effects of heavy metals are reviewed in order to provide a basis for the wider application of GIS in the study of heavy metal pollution.
